Nice review Ryan as always. I have the standard Go bar and the standard one is pretty special I've owned the Cayin RU6, RU7 , Questyle M12 and 15 to name the higher end dongles plus a whole host of cheaper dongles from FIIO , Hiby Ibasso , Hidiz etc etc and the Go bar is my stellar favourite , lush sound with tons of power on tap , clear detailed and great separation in the mix plus it has a whole list of features that outclass the competition, no it's not cheap but you get what you pay for. The Kensai with it's K2 technology is something I'm considering although the K2 technology isn't something new JVC used it in their early 90's CD players like the 1050 CD player with very good reviews , smooth and analogue like sound but interesting ifi have paired up with JVC to bring it into a dongle , good work ifi!
Any opinion on technical (sound quality) performance between the Kensei and micro iDSD signature? The signature is on clearance now for about the same price as the Kensei. Looking for DAC/Amp I could haul into work everyday…primary head phones to drive would be HD600, ZMF Verite, and HE1000SE.
@@hkw8477 kensei sounds more “neutral” to me while micro idsd signature has tad warm sound to it. he1000se prob likes micro idsd better the other ones probably kensei

what is your favorite portable dac around 100USD ?
ifi go link
Get the hidizs dh80s, its somehow comparable to the zen dac sig v2. Absolutely amazing value the dh80 is.
the box is normal normal woods and only engraving nothing new i would like only try the dac amp
how this compare to cayin ru7 in terms of sound quality ?
haven’t tried that one yet
Do this have line-out
no
I would get the gryphon instead.
Gryphon ist great, yes, but al little bulky, right? And sounds still greater in conparison? I don't now. You?
Do you think it has almost similar sound signature as the ifi go link?
yes i do
Thanks for the review, does it support the microphone? If my IEM contains in line microphone will it work?
no it’s only for audio
I think somebody hasn’t done the research properly… Ifi is a Brijesh brand NOT Japanese…😜
i know the k2hd technology is japanese and i assume why they added all the aesthetics
