That's a very sexy and talented performance by both! Tom Jones was about 80 at the time and he still has such a deep rich voice. He obviously takes care of his voice and he says he does in interviews. Helene Fischer is a beauty with a voice to match. She is a great performer.
Sir Tom was 76 here and this was about 8 months after his wife passed. If you watch him singing Tower of Song on this same show you can see the sadness in his face and how much he appreciated that standing ovation at the end. He will soon be 82 (June 7 this year) and getting ready to start on a new tour of Europe/Uk and then on to the USA in the Fall. Amazing man and artist he. Going for a little over 50 concerts. Absolutely amazing he is.

That's a very sexy and talented performance by both! Tom Jones was about 80 at the time and he still has such a deep rich voice. He obviously takes care of his voice and he says he does in interviews. Helene Fischer is a beauty with a voice to match. She is a great performer.
Sir Tom was 76 here and this was about 8 months after his wife passed. If you watch him singing Tower of Song on this same show you can see the sadness in his face and how much he appreciated that standing ovation at the end. He will soon be 82 (June 7 this year) and getting ready to start on a new tour of Europe/Uk and then on to the USA in the Fall. Amazing man and artist he. Going for a little over 50 concerts. Absolutely amazing he is.
