ഋഷി സങ്കൽപത്തിലെ ഈശ്വരൻ.
ഭാരതത്തിലെ പൂർവികരായ ഋഷിമാരാൽ എഴുതപ്പെട്ട ഋഗ്വേദമാണ് ഭൂമിയിൽ ആദ്യമായി എഴുതപ്പെട്ട ഗ്രന്ഥം. ഇതിലെ പത്താം മണ്ഡലത്തിൽ ഋഷി നാരായണനാൽ എഴുതപ്പെട്ട പുരുഷസൂക്തത്തിലാണ് ഈീശ്വരനെപറ്റി പറയുന്നത്.ഈശ്വരനും പ്രകൃതിക്കും ഒരു നിർവചനം നൽകുന്നതും ഇവിടെയാണ്.
പുരുഷസൂക്തത്തിൽ പറയുന്നു:_
ഈശ്വരൻ ആദിപുരുഷനാണ്.സൃഷ്ഠിക്ക് മുമ്പേ അവൻ മാത്രമാണ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത്. എനിക്ക് പലതാകണം എന്ന് ഈശ്വരനിൽ നിന്നും സങ്കല്പം ഉണ്ടായി.ആദ്യം ഉണ്ടായത് സങ്കല്പം. പിന്നീട് കർമ്മം.സങ്കല്പത്തിൻ്റെയും കർമ്മത്തിൻ്റെയൂം ഫലമായി ഈശ്വരൻ്റെ നാലിൽ ഒരംശം ശക്തി അതിസൂക്ഷ്മമായ സ്വർണ്ണവർണ്ണത്തിലുള്ള അണ്ഡാകാര രൂപം സ്വീക്രിച്ചു. ഈ ആദ്യാവസ്ഥക്ക് ഹിരണ്യ ഗർഭൻ എന്ന് പേര്.( ഹിരണ്യം_ സ്വർണ്ണവർണ്ണം, ഗർഭം_ ബീജാവസ്ഥ) പിന്നീട് ഈ ബീജസ്വരൂപം വിരാട് സ്വരൂപം സ്വീകരിച്ച് രണ്ട് പ്രകൃതികളായി മാറി. ഒന്ന് ചര പുരുഷനും ( ആത്മ തത്വം) മറ്റൊന്ന് അക്ഷര പുരുഷനും ( ജഡ തത്വം) ഈ രണ്ട് തത്വങ്ങളും ഏറിയും കുറഞ്ഞും എല്ലായിടത്തും കാണപ്പെടുന്നത്. ഈ രണ്ട് തത്വങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നാണ് സൃഷ്ടി സ്ഥിതി ലയ കർമ്മങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാകുന്നത്. ഇങ്ങനെ ഈശ്വരൻ്റെ ഒരംശം ശക്തി വിരാട രൂപത്തിൽ മായായ് വർത്തിക്കുമ്പോൾ മൂന് അംശം ശക്തി നിർഗുണ ബ്രഹ്മമായി കർമ്മങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്നും വരാതെ സകലതിനും സാക്ഷിയായി നിലകൊള്ളുന്നു. അത് നമ്മുടെ ചിന്തയ്ക്കും അപ്പുറമുള്ള ശക്തിയാണ്.
ഈശ്വരനെ ആരാധിക്കുന്ന ശ്രേഷ്ടമായ രീതി:_
സാക്ഷാൽ ഈശ്വര ശക്തിയിൽ നിന്നാണ് എല്ലാ ഭൂതജാലങ്ങളുടെയും ബീജരൂപം ഹിരണ്യ ഗർഭമായി രൂപപ്പെട്ടത്. ഈശ്വരൻ്റെ ഈ സാകര രൂപത്തെയാണ് ശ്രേഷ്ടന്മാർ ഓർമ്മിക്കുന്നത് ( യോഗം ചെയ്യുന്നത്).
ഭഗവദ്ഗീത ആറാം അദ്ധ്യായം പറയുന്നു:_ ഈശ്വരനെ ആരാധിക്കുന്ന ഭക്തൻ വൃത്തിയുള്ള സ്ഥലത്ത് അധികം താഴ്ചയോ ഉയർച്ചയോ ഇല്ലാത്ത ഇരിപ്പിടത്തിൽ പദ്മാസനത്തിൽ ഇരുന്നു ( പറ്റാത്തവർ കസേരയിൽ ഇരിക്കുക) ഓംകാരം ജപിച്ച്, മനസ്സിനെ ഏകാഗ്രമാക്കി ദേഹം തല കഴുത്ത് എന്നിവയെ നേരെ നിർത്തി തൻ്റെ ഇരുപുരികങ്ങൾക്കും മദ്ധ്യേ ദൃഷ്ടി ഉറപ്പിച്ചു മനസ്സിനെ ശാന്തമാക്കി ഭയരഹിതനായി ആത്മശുദ്ധിക്കായി പരമാത്മാവിനെ ഓർമിക്കണം. നെറ്റിക്കു നേരെ മുകളിലായി ആകാശത്ത് മനസ്സുകൊണ്ട് സങ്കൽപ്പിക്കാൻ പറ്റാവുന്ന അത്രയും ദൂരെയായി അതിസൂക്ഷ്മമായ നക്ഷത്രം പോലെ തിളങ്ങുന്ന സ്വർണ്ണവർണ്ണമായ അണ്ഡാകാരത്തിലുള്ള ഈശ്വരനെ ( ഹിരണ്യഗർഭൻ)സങ്കല്പിച്ച് അതിനേതന്നെ ഓർമിച്ചിരിക്കുക. അത് തന്നെയാണ് ദൈവമെന്നും അതല്ലാതെ വേറെ ദൈവമില്ലാനും ഉറപ്പിക്കുക. ഇങ്ങനെ അഞ്ചോ പത്തോ മിനിറ്റ് സമയം ഇരുന്ന് ശേഷം ഓംകാരം ഉച്ചരിച്ചു എഴുന്നേൽക്കുക. എല്ലാ ദിവസവും ഇതുപോലെ പലതവണയായി ചെയ്ത് അഭ്യസിക്കുക.
ഇപ്രകാരം ധ്യാന പരിശീലനത്തിലൂടെ ആത്മസാക്ഷാത്കാരത്തിന് ശ്രമിക്കുന്ന ആൾ ഈശ്വരനിൽ പ്രതിഷ്ഠിതവും മോക്ഷത്തിന് ഉതകുന്നതുമായ ശാന്തിയെ പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു.
ഈ ശ്രേഷ്ടമായ ആരാധന രീതി ആചരിക്കുവാൻ ആരാധനാലയങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യമില്ല. ആർത്തവം പുല ഒന്നും തന്നെ തടസ്സമല്ല. പ്രായം , ലിംഗം, സമയം, ജാതി, മതം, ദേശം, കാലം ഒന്നും പ്രശ്നമല്ല. ഈ ശ്രേഷ്ടമായ ആരാധന പദ്ധതിക്ക് പണം ഒട്ടും തന്നെ ചിലവ് വരുന്നില്ല. ഇത് സനാതനമാണ്. ഋഷിമാരാൽ പറയപ്പെട്ടതാണ്. ഈ ശ്രേഷ്ടമായ ആരാധന ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ സമൂഹത്തിനോ മറ്റു ജീവജാലങ്ങൾക്കോ പ്രകൃതിക്കോ യാതൊരു പ്രശ്നങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടാകുനില്ല.
