I am a montessori certified teacher, and in my opinion reward chart works wonders in young kids. Not that much in over 8 year olds. Talking to your kids like adults, and telling them everything honestly, baghair koi ultay reason k, is really good!! Working on increasing their patience level in this age and era is something we should all practice kyun k hum sab ki patience khatam hoti ja rahi hai.
