Things would never be the same, I still mourn about his passing. But things have to move on, and I do appreciate how her energy should be hers and let the rest of the band make her the new spirit for LP.

Give her some time. She's still feeling it out and is clearly trying to be careful, cause watch her when she's not singing on stage. She was a fan just like us and now is in this position, trying to balance that she's standing where Chester did, trying to be professional, respectful, and yet bring good energy. She's in an extremely stressful position, give her some time to acclimate, and to get comfortable. Let her get a few months of reps in touring and doing shows, let her actually get *in* the band properly and see where she is then.
she was screaming this song in the begining of the tour, check the videos of Kia forum etc. She's trying to protect her voice, and at the same time performing the newer songs with full force. She's hardly singing "crawling " at this stage of the tour cos its too strenuous. I think screaming vocalists have a really difficult time during tours.
The original Linkin Park songs I've listened to her do with the band. Sound like her mike volume is turned down. She doesn't stand out as much as Chester did. I don't know if that's on purpose or just me. She's a great singer.
chester made his choice to leave his bandmates behind and off himself so why should the bandmates suffer from his tragedy and not get to enjoy making music all because he couldn't handle life like the rest of us? I think Emily is top notch as the new singer

Emily is a good female singer but there's about 100 better males because unless you can change your vocal cords and test levels your just not getting the same. Also, unless you work in mental health, then shut up. You can't tell someone else how to feel just like you can't contain yourself being an asshole. I do agree with you it's a selfless choice leaving band and family behind though, but mental health does get the back burner which I hate. I see it and work with it.
Her voice is too low. At least on this video. It didn't pick up her voice among all the other sounds. I feel like Chester's voice would rip right through the other sounds and into your soul. Still glad they are playing again.
