Hi Maetsuen, my luggage is similar to yours with two wheels. It is ok and strong to replace a single wheel instead of the two wheels? Need your kind advice and feedback.
Hello, the double wheels will suit it better. This single wheel I installed here has been to 6 airplane trips already and is doing ok. So durability is really ok.
The only issue with single wheels is that you can only push it while it's upright. At 45 degrees it does not roll well.
@@maetsuen thanks for your feedback on the constraints of having a single wheel. I have decided to choose the double wheel as it is. I have placed an order for the 8 wheels and it cost me SG46.(P1881). Hope all is 😀good.

i tried this but unfortuantely the one wheel wasnt able to be supported well by the bracket that is wobbling around already.i will have to order more wheels and longer bolts.I like the case i bought in thailand but the brackets on the wheels are always the weak point especially when sticking out so much.perhaps the better design is those cases that have no brackets and internal wheels.

I only bought 4 pieces of the wheels. These new wheels I bought they are removal in case you wanna lubricate them afterwards.

Hello, it's called a mini hack saw. It's pretty common, try to Google it for images. I purchased it at a hardware store at a nearby mall here in our city.

Hello po, solid yung rubber wheels. Mabigat kasi kaya for sure solid. Ang weakness neto is time. Kapag kasi tumagal yung goma lumulutong. Pero for now ok pa yung set ng gulong dito sa video. So no worries muna.
Is it easy to saw it off? Need good saw?
Yes very easy to saw. You're technique in suing the saw also matters 👍but I'm sure you can do it.

@@Jtsh706 it is not needed to make it wet. With proper pressure it will be very quickly done 👍

hello bumili ako ng double wheels ang problema maikli lang yung screw na nilalagay sa gulong. Hindi na abot yung isang gulong. Anong gagawin ko?
I suggest po una try maka chat si seller and ask if pwedeng palitan yung wheels. Guess ko lang may error sa size na napili.
Second option if hindi pumayag si seller, mag hanap ng screw/bolt na sakto na yung haba. Kaso if naka-inner thread yung bolt mahirap makahanap.
Mahal pa naman yung dual wheels.

ito kasing bolt na mahaba, sakto lang sa isang wheel hindi ko na malagay yung pangalawang wheels. :(

Were you able to find replacement dual wheels that had rubber wheels and bearings? I can only Find them for single wheels :(
At the moment the wheels I installed in the video is still doing good. However like you, I did not find dual wheel replacement for sale online. But I have not diligently look yet.
If I find a seller I'll reply to you in this comment ok.

These luggage wheels I purchased them from Shopee. I'm not certain but Shopee could also have wheels for duffle bags as well.

Hello there! Its possibles to replace both wheels or with dual wheels. I made a mistake in buying a single wheel-type.
But yes it's possible to replace with dual wheels and the process is the same.
