Hey, I'm sure you're much younger than me but when I was younger I LOVED BAKING for fun not for $ but Arthritis is no joke (I'm not even THAT OLD) and I don't feel inspired to bake anymore😢 I miss it so enjoy it while you can. Love the little cake idea.
First the obvious… the shape 😆 but the main benefit I see is the tins are easily portable, one can eat a bit and save a bit for later, they can take them with them after an event, more hygienic, etc.

Amazon sells Tumeric pills with bioprene (pepper) in it. Take 3 pills a day and see the change in your arthritis.
