We used to mix paint in a similar way back in the day (I'm talking late '80s) before so many coloured cans were available. For example, white paint in a bucket of cold water, red in a bucket of hot, connect together with a tube and squirt until you get the pink you want :-)
Doke that cap is so sweet! Those effects are crazy. I love that you just come out here every week and allow yourself to experiment and mess around with new supplies. Not only entertaining for us viewers, but I'm sure a blast for you too to learn new art forms. Super awesome stuff dude, Respect👊🏽
amazing Painting Doke, it looks a little like a stitching on a shirt or pullover, the effect with the combined colors just makes it more look like it is stitched on something. nice work, keep continue like that, i see forward for your next upload man.
It’s something different and I like the results . Sometimes new devices are just expensive useless things but if we don’t try we will never develop. I like people how try different things , you get a freedom of not being scared about how the results we be . Great vid ❤️🇦🇺❤️✌🏿✌🏻✌️
just barely seen this guys videos on my recommended and I tell you UA-cam really does bless you with some great content I love this and cannot stop watching!!! keep it up DokeTV!!!
This was awesome the cap seemed surprisingly useful and gave an awesome affect. Side note it saddens me to see such a baddass jacket get paint all over it, but you are certainly getting good use out of it!
The thing I liked the most is the technique you found to use it and make it look interesting. I thought it was something in the middle between a mere curiosity and pure bullsh!t, I mean the mixer cap. Instead, you turned out with a pretty cool looking result!! Good job Doke!!
I haven't read any of the comments, but I think it has a great embroidered kind of look like what you would get on a hat or something is definitely like how you ended up utilizing the "fade" from the cap.
The mixed cap is cool for certain effects. Maybe not for a whole piece but I mean it's for the video lol. I'd use it mostly to obviously do a highlight. It's such a cool invention/idea. Always crazy to see how art can transform over the years.
Wow amazing piece!!! I love your work! I have a suggestion for a painting, try to make a piece that looks like clothing or fabric. Different fabrics like folds in a shirt, lines of a sweater, denim, or leather.
do not forget that you are working in subtractive color mixing, it is normal given the color of the background that your purple is bordering on black. otherwise the rendering is really cool! I love!
Yo doke, you should get some acetone to clean your caps to also make them last longer. Especially for the special caps you got. So you can use them more then one paint session (:
The end product looks like something you'd see embroidered onto clothing, like it looks like writing you'd see on a shirt or like a brand logo like US Polo Association Polo shirts
I think using two of those pistol grip spray paint adapters would allow for finer control of the blending. You’d be pressing two triggers next to each other with one finger instead of using both hands. Very cool idea, whoever came up with this mixer nozzle. I didn’t think it would work well if the can pressure had any imbalance. Proved me wrong!
Can we all take a moment to applaud Doke's singing?
Doke was that Hollywood undead you started singing around 8 minutes?
@@bendickerson3832 I THOUGHT THAT OMF
Very nice vandalisim

👏 woooooooo!
Anyone else think the finished piece looks like embroidery? Very cool effect!
Also we call those “rubber bands”
GUMA
Doke: "I'm not gonna use the word only in the title."
Also Doke: "DUAL CAP ONLY!"
🤣
Good work though, keep it up 👍
your intro is like marvel’s into showing all the painting like all the hero’s, amazing.

Oh yes. Coloring Book. In cooperation with smoe?
Coloring book would be cool. And maybe a coloring book With Montana markers with your choice colors!
smoe will be soon in doke video again. he just struggles with a shop atm. hahaha 🤪

@@TequilaDave Thank you! And welcome
Old-school techniques!
did this in the 90s too just to have a color nobody had and cans were expensive we were broke, but we used a frigde for one can

I mean if you used gold and silver in that you'd get the color Aztec gold.
Was thinking about suggesting either gold or silver with a not metal color spay can.
Electrum.
What I love about this piece is the fact that you tried something new, and a bit risky. Never stop growing.
Amazing ending 😆😆
It literally made my day
Keep up with the singing 😆😆😆
We need more of your singing 💕
I 100% agree. The singing drove me to immediaty thumbs up 👍 the video with no hesitation.
when the artist did not know when to stop, ah! hahaha nice video. this was fun
Hey smoe!

Learning colours with Doke
You can keep singing at the end of the Video, it makes much fun, I swear!
From Philippines Fan here!
It looks so much like a stitched logo on a hoodie or hat
Making the shadows solid black really help the 3d effect, good call and well done
0:02 when i lift up my backpack xD
the fluid flow of caps and how paint mixes is major candy for a grad student in hydrology. good luck
It looks like it was stitched or sown, Great effect. The end vocals were also on point.
This is extremely inspirational and amazing I love to draw and stuff so I was immediately interested
Hey can you paint something that’s looks like a Tornado 🌪?
YESS THE DUAL CAP THAT RAKE USED. IT'S SOOO COOLLLL
One of your coolest pieces I'd say. Just a unique style. I hope you experiment with the style you could make some cool 3D designs with that. 💯🔥
Good vid doke keep up th work

Awesome! A lot a potential with the double cap! Love it.

It’s been a minute since a raw graffiti vid
Doke singing at the end made my day 😂😂 Thanks Doke!
Yuuuhhhhhh!!! Doke the goat 🐐
This one is really trippy to look at, it reminds me of embroidery
That's cool! Looks stitched
Your voice is amazing. Never stop singing

Looks like it's stitched into the wall I dig it
This was awesome the cap seemed surprisingly useful and gave an awesome affect. Side note it saddens me to see such a baddass jacket get paint all over it, but you are certainly getting good use out of it!
Color mixing tip: bright light blue (cyan) and dark hot pink (magenta) together make the most true purple, straight red and blue will just look muddy
I think it is amazing getting a cap back on and can and it works
Your singing brought me joy, do it in every raw video please.

Amazing work man, love the videos. Wish I had even just a single percent of skill you had, but I just need to keep practicing
No need to undermine yourself. 20years of painting and Im still feeling there is so much more to learn. I document my journey in video too.
Doke is FUNtastic
You got the voice of an angel DOKEY!
Bro, u doin' the paint all alone there with no company? U r workin' hard, i cnt imagine your enthusiasm. Good job.
doke is what got me back into spray paint
You take the craziest ideas and make it look amazing somehow

Doke a very good artist as well as a comedian
Pretty cool. I wouldn't have thought to use it like that
That looks awesome actually.
Dark to lighter color fade works nicely it seems. Awesome art budd!
I feel like people who enjoy this “cap” really dig those split oil sticks. Too fancy for no real reason
yea but dont forget about those chameleon markers tho
Bro it’s so beautiful
I think it looks cool. Almost an embroidered effect
That background, paited with ultra wide, is breaking my heart🥲
Right? Like I would have at least like to see that but ya those things are refillable which is cool

The 3d and piece is sick. Vibe lately has seemed dower. Hope you're doing well man.
It looks like a sown on patch on a jeans! Maybe you could use this in the I try series! Love it
Looks like embroidery. I like it
doke singing was amazing
love you bro! Keep up the great work, Love from the US!
I love the piece revealing music

Yes Doke what a singing voice bro.I liked the duel cap idea be cool to see how else you can use it.
I like that it had a bit of a yarn effect
Looks like it was stitched onto the wall kind of like the puffed up stitching on a baseball cap. Pretty sweet really.
Well result unexpectedly soo good 🤯
This is so sick! Kinda gives to illusion of like curled up wire when you step back.
Wow that is so cool!!

I like the caps and the singing
Top doke
Great video again!😍🧴
the song at the end is fire
Heck yeah Doke!!!!
Loved the song at the end lol please sing more
Doke singing at the end 👌 nice
Doke singing ‘Hollywood undead - I don’t wanna die’ and I kept waiting for the next line. It never came 💔
I can see the potencial in it.
I like the stitching effect.
Omg it’s beautiful!
