@@thathandsomedevil0828 Not wanting kids doesn't equal being lonely. Your kids are not your friends and if you have them just to not be lonely your a bad parent. Also you know friends, siblings, and significant others exist without children being involved.

But one things for sure, at some point if your constitution allows it, you may very well out live your peers and at that point only your family will truly care for your well-being. So besides doing your part in keeping society and the greater civilization alive by just having children, it is those very children and their children that will show you love in the last days before you die. I'd rather that than dying alone without anyone thinking or caring about me. The nurses at the care home can't do that, they have their limits.
