I really enjoyed your video. ❤ Loved the moody cloudy video. I hope to do Ben Lomond this year. More concerned about going down than up. I hate descending. Congratulations 😊

Hi Tommy, thanks for the message. It’s a great climb you will love it up there. I’m the same as you mate, I hate descending! Hard on the knees and back. You probably already know this but the key is getting a pair of good quality hiking poles, they really reduce the strain on the knees on the way down. Best wishes

Did not think yo were going to get any summit views but they turned out to be amazing. I have been on Ben Nevis summit 4 times but never been on Ben Lomond, despite driving passed it on the way up to Fort William and on the way back, I really need to do this climb and get those views, cheers Alan

@@AlanMETALMAN Hi Alan thanks a lot for the comment , 4x up Ben Nevis is impressive! Yes I’m sure you would love it definitely worth a stop. I was lucky beating the crowds going at the end of the day helped I think. Best wishes

Climbed it last Saturday and it was my first mountain climb. It was a wake-up call, I thought I would be fine because I play golf and go to the gym. I lacked endurance, golf does diddly squat to help you haha.

Hi , great effort it’s s decent challenge isn’t it! Hope you had some decent views? I used to love golf , amazing game but agree doesn’t do the best for the fitness , especially the 19th hole lol
      Best wishes

@@adamradford2285 last quarter of the climb was clouds. The views of the lock as we climbed was still great though, lots of pictures and memories.
