Looks very do-able. I wasn't sure if I needed to call for repair service or if I could do it on my own. I am confident now that I can do it on my own. Thank you so much!
I just went down and greased the cap. Its still noisy but we'll see if it runs until I can get a new blower. I was getting E1 codes on my USSTOVE 5501S and it said a possible cause for that error is blower 3:19 overheating @OleYankeeFarm

Thank you for the detail. Super helpful to me!😊
Excellent video, thank you
Do they sell the little cap separately???
@@patrickcalahan8391 I believe they do.

@@patrickcalahan8391 I specifically looked for a blower that mentions that it’s quiet. The grommet on mine is orange colored
Could you just replace the small black piece?
Possibly?
Oh geez, just found the grommet online for $6 😑
Anything like this is typically squealing because of this grommet / bushing type issue or the bearing
The actual motor on the back of it is a very universal motor it's on lots of fans etc
That pellet stove need a reseal to much ash everywhere.
@@robertbarcus1963 I’ll look into that, thank you!
