I have a question relating to rats and mice. Currently I’m dealing with rats and mice in my home. It seems like such a slow process to try and kill them. However, my question relates to sick rats/mice. I noticed that they were leaving droppings that didn’t look normal and then I found what looks like a worm. Now because my immune system is weak I’m fighting the exact same parasite. I don’t have much money. I really feel lost. What the heck can I do? I know how to take care of me. I just don’t know how to eliminate the rats and mice and try to get them out as soon as possible. After I go and get treatment if they’re still in the house, that means I’m at risk of getting reinfected, with whatever parasite they have and eggs they leave behind. Also, I’m unable to lift anything heavy so I wouldn’t be able to try to get under there and mop and sweep. I’m starting to feel hopeless. Do you have any advice that can help me?

For mice, I mixed 1 teaspoon of peanut butter, 1/2 tsp baking soda and half a packet of Equal(Aspartame) THEN I filled a soda bottle cap of distilled water 50/50 with lime juice, and put it near the blob of the peanut butter mix. It tastes great to them- until ut doesn't.😅
