One of the things I like about the company I work for, is that everyone is happy to say "Merry Christmas."
We also celebrate Diwali and Ramadan (oddly, there's a lot more tasty food during Diwali than Ramadan 😆). But no one is intimidated into pretending Christmas doesn't exist. In a previous company we were actually told not to say "Merry Christmas" because it would offend some people.
A long running joke among my friends is that I'm jewish (it's the nose, I'll be honest), so we started cooking food on hannukah. Non-christians celebrate christmas (or at least those that aren't psychotic leftists), so why not? If it's an excuse to cook food, count me in. As for ramadan, growing up in the south, my friend group only had a couple of muslim folks, and single guys don't tend to cook a spread of food for everyone, but we'd always wait until sundown to eat whatever I cooked, and shotgunned beers at midnight after the last day.

Here in Iowa, I see a lot of American flags here. I'd say the ratio from American to pride flags is 30:1.
Not in our part of the state. Northern Harford county, flags all over. And my dad lives on the water in Bowley's Quarters, Baltimore county, and almost every home has a flag on a pole. Western Maryland has tons of flags, and a lot on the Eastern shore. I wouldn't expect to see a lot in MoCo, or Howard county....
