    9:06 hey curd should be eaten with sugar ghee honey and Amla. Vaha par should not Likha hai

    most people in india use cold drinks or cold water, i drink always warm or likewarn, people kind of laugh about me, thinking me to be odd or old fashioned. icy and cold water increases kapha, makes fat and disturbs the metabolism. once i disobeyed my rules and drank 2oo ml cold amul milk, i got so dizzy that i could not walk properly for few days, i guess it increased my vata then, since it was icy though it was in indian summer,
