ive always had creative ideas like these when it comes to platformer levels, but i dont actually have the guts to make them, but look at this guy, creative and progress making, like damn this levels NEAT

@@yaakulatuturururu hmm that would be cool, though first whats your gd username, thats gonna make contacting easier, i dont take note of my ideas so uhhh yeeeeaaaah pretty much… but one level im actually working on is a level where there are two players, you can switch between them and then they go on like an adventure to find an item to pay a shop keeper to be able to go to the moon, which ofcourse is the collectable of platformer levels, and another is a level named tetris which starts off as an ordinary tetris game then it slowly breaks the rule because the game wants to kill you badly, and yata yata yata it just keeps going, it hard to explain everything i want to make in details out of my mind but it isnt easy to directly make it either so ye struggle

I think the secret event you're talking about is actually just random. I couldn't find a reliable way to get it to happen, and I've had it happen without doing any restart shenanigans

My brother found some thing in the second Checkpoint found a ghost really like a meme but then his eyes are white then the shader glitch come then his player was been of the trigger hide... NOT a peaceful level
That's very strange, i'll check that later Edit: looks like the game doesn't like completing a platformer level in less than about 10 seconds, so i extended that route for a few more seconds and hopefully the issue is fixed now

I feel like platformers have higher chances of getting ratings like legendary and mythic due to bigger gameplay complexity. Auto scrollers are cool, but you can play around SO much more with platformer
Will you make the future route gameplay on In The Lab longer? I feel like the entity chase gameplay would be really nice if it lasted for longer and had some more mechanics mixed in. I also feel like the cameras there could have been more useful, maybe with an added audio feature? Where you can lure the entity by sounding out on a camera, just like in fnaf 3! Also how are things going for The Castle? Good luck with your creating stuff :D
Thanks! Yeah i'll certainly extend some stuff but don't want to make things too complex, not until robtop implements a way to save group and item ids outside the level, since it's painful to play all at once a level that may last hours.
Why didn’t you show the easter egg Where if you go to the second checkpoint in the cave, after going past it jumpscares you before letting you get the checkpoint?
@@Robtic24 I know it’s for the best that they stay hidden but The comment section is going to reveal every single Easter egg in every single level you make one by one like I have done until every last secret in every level ever made has been found … that got a bit dark, any way I liked that secret 8/10
May I offer a suggestion? Add some additional flags for getting the main path's two coins that the weird route can check. I'll explain how I'd implement it later, should you reply.
@@Robtic24 I'm going to go to your GDPS level showcase videos and see if there are any other shortcuts you might be able to add. However, IIRC, Chapters 2 and 3 already allow for a foreknowing player to get all the coins in one go.
I have a question. What is the trigger for the monster to appear at the second checkpoint? I happened to meet him by chance, and since then I have replayed the level many times to find out, trying to collect a certain number of coins, trying to go fast, trying to skip the first checkpoint, but nothing, he never appeared to me again. Another question. In the creepy version, when climbing the platforms I found only one coin. Is it there on purpose or by chance? Is it of any use?

The Weird Route coin has some bugs, when I grab it the level is completed but the coin doesn't count.
That's very strange, i'll check that later
Edit: looks like the game doesn't like completing a platformer level in less than about 10 seconds, so i extended that route for a few more seconds and hopefully the issue is fixed now

The monter at second checkpoint spawns using random trigger, in the creepy version user coins spawns if you collected them in the original route
