Your videos are great Johnathan, always look forward to your new releases. Im doing an around the world flight in a Vulvan bomber at the moment 😀. I currently have the thrustmaster airbus controls but have a velocity one flight yoke en route (exciting times). Anyway going on abit, it would be great to get a chance to fly with you sometime 👍. Happy gaming 😀.
Thanks very much for this video and the written quick start instruction. Very helpful in helping me get this started and in the air for the first time tonight!
Is the traffic addon you're using FSLTL or Justflight Traffic? Thanks :) Great video by the way, the community dearly appreciates your devotion to startups on various aircraft!
there is no way to do a proper start up without using the external air supply then? I thought the external air is needed for fast start up but a normal one could be done on internal means.
The rapid start function on the Vulcan uses bottled air stored in 2 banks above the engine pairs. \\the normal start requires low pressure air from the external palouste
Is it just me, or are there absolutly no feeling when landing this thing? No sounds really, no shaking worth noticing. It's like - your down! Is this realistic to this aircraft? I does not matter if I go gently or hard on the landing, its the same feeling. Just find that a bit annoying... I hope theres future patches coming up! =) @justflight
@@Rodders30uk Thats quite bad actually. Is JF doing mods and just leave them as they are? Shakings, sounds, movements...everything is very important for that immerse feeling of flying! FSRealistic helped me out here, but should not be needed! =( @justflight
Sorry Jonathan. Utter rubbish. Your punters would do better to start with engines running ready to taxy. If you want to start from cold properly read the checklist.
It's a beginners guide - chopping out a lot of the tests, and just performing the functional steps required. Obviously people can then add more and more fidelity to the steps, which will naturally bring them closer to the full checklist.
Outstanding instructional video. The sounds produced by just flight are in a league of their own, nothing comes close!
I'm loving the mighty Vulcan and will give your video the big thumbs up. I'll buy you a coffee for your checklist 👍
I will be back to this once us plebs receive it on Xbox. Thank you sir.
Only channel i follow for tutorial . Excellent Jonathan
Thanks for sharing this information. I bought the Vulcan yesterday and have a steep learning curve!!
VERY GOOD JONATHAN!! MANY THANKS FOR THIS GOOD REPORT! GREATHINGS FROM BLACK FORESTIN GERMANY🥰🥰😍
Please send a cake, since you're there in the Black Forest!

Glad it helped!
Awesome add on for MSFS , but brings back bad memories for my wife who saw one crash when she was a child in Malta 1975 😢
It takes a certain kind of madness to create content like this and a certain kind of madness to consume it! Lolz.
I appreciate the time you take to do these videos, it is a huge help!
I'm just waiting for it in the market place 😁
How do you release the K2 hose for refueling?
How do you enable the EFB its on but i cant click on anything apart from the power button on the left bezzle
Enable legacy / classic controls instead of Xbox/modern/lock controls.
im pc, but have sorted it out, it seems one of my other mods was conflicting with EFB, thanks for the help/

I had no traffic switched on - those were just static aircraft in the air base scenery.
My camera is stuck in the AEO position.

Thanks. I saw on Just Flight channel proper starting procedures with all 3 variants. @@timdeeley965
Nice 👍
Great Video, Maybe an Autopilot guide?
That's next on the list :)
@@jonbeckett looking forward to it.
Sorry for the stupid question, but how do you map your hardware dual throttle to the Vulcan 4 throttles?
Set each throttle device to two engines.
How do you have the military traffic?
It's a payware version of the air base :) I think I got it from OrbX.
Where did you get the air base scenery.?
Orbx
Yes @rymdskrotet. It is a bit easy isn't it?
I have the X plane version the graphics are way better here.

Yes, landed yesterday and hadn't realised lol
