Im not suprised, we have a massive problem dealing with waste, and plastic is a major one. So many different types with various melting points, which is even more complicated when products are using a combination of various types.
at TS 0:55 you should have included a picture of a landfill that started 20 years ago vs that same landfill 20 years later. Everybody then could see that the landfill had grown to a mountain 1000 feet high. ( It did in my town). That might have been a good factual visual.
where did you get the idea that soft plastics are recyclable? future video? go to the supermarket and film the plastics on their way to be transformed into a new product as part of that "circular" economy? really curious to see if it is that a thing. I learned that in 1970, the oil industry lied when it said that plastic was recyclable. it is not. And you need to stop saying that plastic "decompose". it does not. you must say when plastic breaks down into microplastics, plastics once created are around forever.
Thank you for taking note that reduction is more important than reuse or recycling when it comes to plastic
Blinking is recommended

Recycling is an excuse to make more plastic., and it gives some people a reason to continue using plastic.
Thank you for this video
