Anyone can help me status disabled printer online error is coming after every print we have to remove usb and attach again then only printer works. I tried this not helpful also updated firmware. Tried 3 printers formatted pc replaced usb cable. Any solution?
Mere pass Evolis primacy dual sides printer hai. Abhi mai ek problem face kar raha hun. Jab printer ka usb computer me lagate hain, tab wo Evolis primacy detect na karke automatic Evolis zenius detect kar le raha hai. Please arrange to fix the problem.
Mechanical error ke bahut se karan hote hai , jaise ke apka printer head clean hane wala hoga, ya apne ribbonn ki jo side chip hai wo full ki ho aur ribbon apne half panel wala lagaya ho.
