EASY Creamy Chicken Pasta Recipe

This is one of my go to recipes when I'm looking for something quick and delicious. This creamy chicken and mushroom pasta with spinach and truffle oil is so quick to make and packs so much flavour!
Ingredients you'll need:
Pasta - 500g (your choice)
2 Chicken Breasts
1 Small onion (half large onion)
2 Garlic cloves (finely chop these and add them in - I forgot to record this part sorry!)
100g Mushrooms
50ml Cream
1 Stock Cube (chicken)
75ml White Wine
50g Spinach
25g Parmesan
50ml Pasta Water
Fresh Rosemary (optional)
25g Butter and splash of olive oil
