This dude used to post vids of him getting hammered and high and going bmxing with the boys. Obviously over the years he's matured and so has his content. What im trying to say is it's satisfying seeing a creator's growth over the years. Thank you for the journey Augs.
@douglaswilcox3385 man this era of augies content was top tier, it was so fresh and the first of its kind and seemed so innocent. I think that string of youtube videos is up there with my favourite series on this platform
Man I never knew anything about his addictions and stuff until recently I was so young watching his content and it helped me through so much I really do miss old Austin but I feel as tho he has changed for the better maybe not for us but for himself
It has been an utter privilege watching you over the years, I am a 60 year lad, an original first wave skater from the 1970's in the UK, I have watched you and subscribed for years, well before the BMX delivery days , (which were great), why I have said privilege, what I mean is that it has been heart warming nad great to follow you and watch how you and your art have developed! best wishes Mike
hi can you put up your old clip back up i miss them ones bmx nyc delivers i love watching them as i love nyc but i do like your new stuff too thank you austin
The way you made this is really cool. For me this showed that living a simple and honest life (without phones etc) can bring more joy than anything, I love how you conveyed emotion and art in this too.
Also I love the line "I wonder if he knows his trust in me, makes me feel like I have worth"; A lonely mans trust and respect can be hard to get and your respect for him shows why you have it.
hi Austin i have been with you for many years through many changes of your videos and artistic directions, all of which i have enjoyed as an observer. i have observed your videos through many great changes in my life, most more significant than than the one that came before it. i just want to say thank you i have grown, as you do throughout the many passing of life and the experiences that are thrust upon us all this is a beautiful piece if you are ever in Cornwall you have a place to stay big love Rich
This was so incredibly good.. wow. Never expected to feel such a way from one of your videos. Great job. And I am now tuned back into watching your every drop.
This was way better than any movie I have ever seen. I think it might be in my opinion one of the best movies you have ever made that was so beautiful! The camera work and photography and editing are unmatched just absolutely beautiful
Absolutely beautiful loved it! I quite drinking in January it’s the most creative and free I have ever felt since I was a kid. Good luck man and thank you 🤝
@@R3DH1PP0 Thanks mate I've been really enjoying trying all the different alcohol free beers made it a bit easier cos can still enjoy going out and relaxing with a drink
@CameraNostalgiaClub had a click on your channel and subscribed watched your 2nd london video. Love that you use older gear going to enjoy your content. I shoot with the fujifilm xt4 use the 50mm and 23mm primes. I have some old film cameras I need to start using got a Lubitel 166+ and Praktica Nova II want to get into use film and develop in photos. Cool that you enjoy watching Austin Augie too.
So much to say about This brother beatiful film haven’t tuned in 5 years just randomly thought about how I used to love ur vids u look like ur maturing as a content creator and as a person I love to see this man congrats ur still here keep grinding brotha and NEVER QUITTTTTT🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Austin your imagery has been amazing for a very long time. Your writing has improved vastly and I hope you realize that. I particularly like the out of focus images. Life isn’t always in perfect focus. Mine is out of focus at this moment. Maybe that is the point of this film. Thank you.
This reminds of me Theodore Roosevelt's departure from New York State after the death of his young wife Alice Lee just days after giving birth to their daughter. His mother died of typhoid fever on the same day his wife Alice passed. Roosevelt left New York seeking solace on his ranch in South Dakota and spent two years there. He came back a changed man and said he would have never become President had he not immersed himself in labor and connecting with nature. I hope that you experience something similar.
Wow Aggie great video love the black and white fells like im watching a old movie 🍿 ive been watching since u were at New York getting locked out of ur own apartment had to bother ur neighbor to open it for u 😂 coffee down the street and the cool deliverys with the the moped awesome times keep it up brotha
Augie I’ve sense laid my bmx bike down got into long boarding then aggressive inline, either way, Indiana dude myself but from Evansville, we still talk about how much we loved your vlogs rolling through town meeting strangers left and right creating more friends, you were so good at that bro. Just know your creativity never went un noticed, I hope you’re okay bro, like really. I hope you’re treating your mind good, praying daily, you’re a good dude brother. We just built a massive skate park here called sunset skatepark, lots of OG DansComp guys even a kid every now and then with some tennis balls in his spokes. Peace brother
Great video as always Austin and I know you are gonna hear this a lot but if you could, please repost your old videos maybe on another channel just so us og viewers can continue to rewatch them.
@@cades2372 that’s fine to move on. I’m not saying he should make his old content again. I just think it’s nice to see the journey along the way and how he’s grown. It seems harmless to just leave his old videos up
I would guess it's a standard full frame camera like Sony alpha 7ii, maybe even a fuji apsc. But I think it's more about how he colorgrades than the camera. You don't really need the best equipment to achieve this look. Get yourself a tripod and start filming ;)
Hey augie shoutout from Dallas fort worth use to watch you when i was in middle school and just recently started re watching your old videos sad you deleted the old vlogs hopefully you upload them on a separate channel or here
Another master piece you really should be submitting these to a film festival.

Not many would do this nor pull it off with this level of documentation. Great job Augie
This truly is a piece of art
Came back here to watch the BMX deliveries, sad to see them gone

Beautiful production!
Damn the simplicity of this life, I’m in love
Bravo 👏🏼
Beautiful shots - it reminds me of Larry Towell's works on Mennonites published in Magnum Photos.

good work buddy

He’s clearly trying to move into a different way of life than what was shown in those videos and I think you should respect that decision.
