It's honestly kind of mid so far. Like the campaign looks good and worth it's while, but the zombies is ASS. Uninspiring, zero personality, literally just Cold War 2.0 but they somehow made it even easier and just as boring. Multiplayer is aight, just the same thing as usual but with a mildly dissapointing amount of content. Like there's only 9 maps again (not including gunfight / small team modes) and every weapon category except for assault rifles and SMG's is minimal. They actually only gave people 2 shotguns, 3 LMG's and 3 snipers and said "this looks acceptable," only 4 pistols too, no revolver, deagle / handcannon, no secondary grenade launchers, not even a crossbow or ballistic knife. Create-a-class is actually so dry it's crazy. Also, now, however you customized your weapon is just auto-saved, so you can't have multiple classes with different builds using the same weapons. Cold War was the new standard and I'm not here for it tbh.

As someone who loves history, I'm happy we can finally have a game set during the Gulf War. I never knew much about it growing up, not even knowing Operation Desert Storm was the same thing. Seeing how it's already been 30 years since this war, it is nice to have the chance to experience it. Now if we could get a game set during the Korean War.

I’ve only played a couple of missions so far, but I was pleasantly surprised by the direction of this campaign, compared to most of the call of duty in the past. It’s bringing me back to the old days of medal of honor campaigns and also a little bit of splinter cell type vibe, and I’m really liking that shake up so far.

I played some multiplayer before work w a couple buddies and honestly it was a blast. If camping is your thing though, don’t even bother with this game
Not liking the Zombies mode but I’ve accepted it won’t ever be like Bo1-Bo3 era of zombies again. Thats cool, the multiplayer is decent and the campaign too. I’ll probably play it for a a couple months then drop it. Gamepass is cool
BO6 is fantastic. They’re 3/3 on MP, Zombies, and Campaign. This makes the past several CoD’s look even worse than they were lol. Treyarch came back with a vengeance with this one!
