Some of the LONs I worked with as a new grad knew a lot more & had more experience than me! They taught me a lot. Always be extra nice to floats. You don’t want your unit to get a bad reputation!
When I read the questions I see baby most times and not fetus easier for my mind to process, Professor D whichever way you say it I get it👍 RN don't delegate what you EAT (education, assessment and teaching), that's how I remember. I fell for prehydrate because epidural may cause hypotension, the fluid was to increase blood pressure.

The information you give is spot-on, but how you teach us to think critically is pure GOLD!!! I have come upon exam questions that I'm not sure about the answer, but can apply the critical thinking skills that you taught - and now I usually come up with the right answer. THANK YOU!!!!!
