Hi dr Messina! Firstly, I would like to congratulate you for the richly content. It’s been a source of wisdom about this great area of laser tattoo removal. Secondly, I hope you don’t mind if I share my personal knowledge (at least in retribution of you been doing). To be honest, the difference the old PMU (with the machine like a tattoo machine) and the microblading (done with a manual inductor) is only the technic. Inclusive you can use both in the same eyebrow. So, about the colors used, I can assure you that almost never is used black ink on the eyebrows. Despite is pretty common find healed brows with a black-grayish aspect, the main color used is always brown, maybe dark or light brown, and the professional chose the right color based on the natural brow hair to let it more natural. The problem with the brown is because it isn't a pure color. You can find a certain amount of red, yellow, blue (or black) and white to result in brown. The amount of each is changed to achieve a darker or a lighter brown, but is pretty common this mixtures in the majors PMU ink producers. Other procedure what can ruin the eyebrow in the future is try to neutralize the grayish just throwing orange ink to “rebalance” the color, thinking the cause of the grayish is the fade of the red and the yellow on the mixture, thinking were too much blue (or black) and white. This “neutralization” may work up to three or fours months, but the grayish will turn back easily. Even if this orange or the little portion of red and yellow is hard to see, they still there. And the problem show up just after the laser apply. The dark ink just gone, but the lighter one (red, yellow or both) just appears. If you ask, the most part of the weird colors brow comes from professionals who’s tried to correct the color with more color. I Hope spread some knowledge as you been doing. Thanks again!!
i had a black ombre eyebrow tattoo and have done 5 pico laser sessions, but they're still neon orange with patches of green/faded black. the guy doing the tattoo removal has already been using the wavelength that targets the orange but it's not budging. do you have suggestions?
Due to oily skin, my microblading faded fast, some of the lines look like dots… and the worst is the blueish, grey tone… hopefully I have a lot of hairs and they are covering the awful color. i started using tretinoin to fade them.
I worry about Celine removal because you are using a needle to go over the same spot of the tattoo on multiple occasions, and the risk of scarring is higher
Mine eyebrows turned YELLOW after 3 laser removals. and not just at the coner or at the end my whole entire eyebrow is yellow both brows! It's horrible! Has anyone been through this after tattoo laser removal. And do you have any suggestions hiw i cant get it off my skin.
yes very common esp with microblading ink. Have the laser set to the Q 532 wavelength and treat them as a red ink. I find very often this resolves or at least reduces the color.

Hello doctor,
Is there a difference between microbladed brows and the newer powder brows technique in terms of how difficult they are to remove?
Not familiar with that newer method. I will investigate it. Thanks for informing me of a new technique

You can find a more knowledgeable PMU artist and get your tattoo either lightened /removed or covered up with a natural color pigment)
Hello, I have smp which was done with dark brown ink containing iron oxide and carbon black. Would you recommend against getting this laser removed?
Just saw this, I would be concerned the iron oxide may make removal difficult.
Do you recommend saline removal ?
I worry about Celine removal because you are using a needle to go over the same spot of the tattoo on multiple occasions, and the risk of scarring is higher
It helped me
It did nothing for me didn't lighten at all after 3 times
does the laser affect hair growth?
No a Q laser or Pico fires to fast to transfer enough heat to the follicle to stop hair growth.
What is the best option. Please help
I have been starting with Q yag. If it oxidizes to the orange yellow I then continue with a Q 532 (KTP). It takes a while but the ink so far has faded
@@DrUndoTattooDo you have a page on UA-cam? Which is the best removal method so far?
Thx! ❤

Use sea salt or glycolic acid they exfoliate the skin.
