If you have tight throttles you are in need of a replacement. They need to be cycled at least once per month to prevent seizure but even when cycled often they can freeze up slowly over time. There's not really a great way to lubricate the cables as of this moment. Your local dealer should have the parts on hand or be able to get them for you quickly. If you don't ahev a local dealer you can order them through jetboatpilot.com
Push the throttle to max rotation and then check the throttle position sensor to make sure it is reaching full travel. If not you can adjust like in this video.
I don't think they set them differently. They likely have guys set them but sometimes they will be off by a couple hundred RPM when actually in the water for the first time.
The throttle position location on the MR1 motor is under the air filter cover if I am not mistaken.

I am just curious as to know why the factory would set them differently?
I just bought a 2020 sx190 do I make sure with the throttle pushed forward to max that its able to reach max rotation???? single engine....
