29:49 I'd also say with the failure issue, just doing the exact same volume but taking it to failure is just asking for problems. Volume should be adjusted downwards if switching to failure training.
Here in Melbourne, Aus we had lockdown for weeks then months... it worked guys. it's difficult but don't give up! I was personally in lockdown for 4 months in my apartment! so a couple of days is ok trust ;)
Pulled the same lower back muscle 2 times within a year. Once was bent over rows. Went from 155 down to 135 - pulled it on the 3rd rep. Squatting on my second set of 275, about the 3rd rep again and heard a pop. Pulled the same lower back muscle. 3rd time I warmed up on squats and it was my second set of 135 (super easy), didn't feel anything, and when I put the bar up, I had a pain in my lower back same as my previous pulls. This one only took about a week to get over. I attribute all to hydration, some diet, but mostly hydration. All my fault not drinking as much water as I should.
I love the answer to the question how to lose weight that its learn to eat right. I lost 132lbs over a year and I had to learn how to train and eat right. loosing weight is easy its not gaining after you hit your goal that is hard. I have been at my goal for over 9 years now. I am always keeping myself in check and always train. If you wanna loose weight and stay lean its a life weight change.
Lock down is really hard. Melbourne and my state of Victoria in Australia was in lock down for about 5 months only supermarkets an essential services open. Thank You gentlemen for talking about Eaa and intro carbs. Ive been taking Eaa during my workout for along time since mountain dog said they're better than bcaa. The past month ive been taking the intro from Redcon1 mixed with my Eaa. I really have been feeling alot stronger and fuller. Plus I stepped on the scale to see a new high 183.8lbs been trying hard to hit passed 181lbs
Back day done now 1 hour and 46 minutes on cardio.... also have a huge cabin in Rock Island TN. Come down to train at Carbon with Curry and you can stay there Foad
I think the purpose behind the intra workout is the insulin spike blunts cortisol to a degree so your not breaking down muscle tissue as hard as someone not using an intra. The insulin from the carb drink also helps shuttle the aminos to available tissue which is muscle during a workout! A pharmacist in my class recommended that to me 6 years ago and it helped me alot! It aligns with Meadow's idea of not digging to deep a hole that you can't climb out of.

Hey I’d like to know what challenges from being huge have you experienced that you didn’t expect to impact daily life. Taking off shirts or people asking you to lift things
You guys briefly touched on the idea of fasting and whether or not its good for bodybuilding. Ben said you could achieve the same results by just lowering calories but that is provably false. Fasting promotes fat loss from specifically around your organs(visceral fat) so if shrinking your waist was your primary focus it would be a genius idea to incorporate fasting into your regiment.
(Question in mid comment) On the topic of working out while sore. Coming up and progressing through weight lifting than a little bit of bodybuilding I always was taught so wait until the soreness is gone. However I was told by numerous people through the years that if you train say chaste on Monday and Tuesday Wednesday you are sore go ahead and do two sets of 12 add a light to moderate to stretch the muscle out. But most importantly get fresh blood flow in there to help facilitate protein synthesis and nutrition partitioning. Is there any truth to that or is that just something I'm stuck on and believe?

There is minimal insulin response from High molecular weight carbohydrates like Cyclic/Cluster dextrin.
