Idk I agree with iain about kai tbh. He looked great early and when he was natty he was fucking insane but he is like ramy in alot of ways. Very freaky but not enough complete and both suffering from very overdominant legs

I love how Iain is the “guy” of this group. Always a little late coming on. These guys are seriously the best. This group and the bro talk group are the best out there.
Not really. Ian complains that Shawn Ray talks bad about him having no chest. Doesn’t like how people talk shit about him. But is perfectly fine talking crap about a guy that has accomplished10X more then him.
@@dodo321sens he didn’t complain, first of all, nobody likes Shawn ray cuz apart from physique criticisms, he personally attacks the athletes. I have met Ramy a few times when I have been to the Olympia. He is probably the nicest people I have every met in my whole life. He makes you welcome like your Grandma used to do. The guy is the most genuinely kindest guys you would ever meet.
my grandpa just passed and this podcast has been my way of feeling an escape and keeping my mind distracted, i always learn a lot and have a great laugh too. I appreciate your hard work Fouad.
When Iain was talking about his 7th place Olympia finish, the happiness from Fouad, Ben, and James was great to see. Awesome to see each of you support each other.
Agree or Disagree I love that Ian has real opinions and not afraid to put them out there. Sure he catches alot of hear but alot of us appreciate the voice 👍👍
A legend is someone who leaves behind an unforgettable impression on others. They touch lives, they're remembered, they're cherished. There are all sorts of legends in this world - famous or not. Becoming one means finding your particular role, your calling, following it, and touching others around you.
The Fouad, Iain, James, and Ben combo is the best panel to have. Iain is so honest and straight forward, James as well. The conversation will always be good within those guys.
Big Ramy turned pro in an year. He stepped on any stage for the first time in 2011, won all three amateur shows and got his pro card on 2012. He was on Olympia stage in 2013 winning his debut NY Pro.
@@Maloney-ho6fb I have a ton of respect for Guy but dont really care for him. Great work ethic but dont care for his personality or the way he trains. Would love to see what his physique would look like if he trained more like James.
Phil Heath, wasn't yelling at anyone nor he got heckled by anyone either. He didn't even hear anything spoken to, it was a small IG clip where this guy was whispering to his phone from 20 feet away saying 'It's Ramy's time today'. The original IG post had a positive caption as well. You can check the video - the entire thing is getting blown out of proportion. Nick Strength and Power destroyed someone's livelihood by making a click bait video. He created an unnecessary drama, made two videos with malicious intent, and killed that guy's job. If you go check his original post, he literally captions saying "Phil is a living legend and greatest of all time. But today it's going to be Ramy's day, God willing". Nick edited out the caption and put the video up and shed a negative light on the entire situation blowing things out of proportion. He created the drama, made two videos on this topic with negative intension, drew unnecessary attention to this from Phil Heath who originally didn't even knew anything was going on. The end result is Nick Strength could get a million clicks from 3 videos on this topic and a guy losing his job for something very silly. This is very very disappointing.
I love when BB&B becomes a Food Podcast!!!! In terms of cold soup like the one Iain prob had , Gazpacho is a cold soup that is not boiled first then cooled; it's made of pureed raw vegetables and or fruits.
Best squad would be James, Guy, Nick, and Iain. James contributes UK humor and adds diversity, Guy argues with everyone, Nick has crazy stories, and Iain is downright funny and entertaining, but also contributes to actual serious questions.
Phil Heath disrespected Brandon Curry by calling him a placeholder. He disrespected competitors and fans in the past. He never apologized because his inflated ego would not let him. Now he expects an apology? Are you kidding me? What is good for the goose must be good for the gander.
A day in the life of kai greene gave the scenario of when he was starting and living in that appartment. But still it was one of the most motivational videos i have ever seen and still look at it from time to time.
Another great podcast, really enjoyed this one. The discussion on self-belief was good, I think most people experience that. I started lifting at 145lbs and now I'm 215lbs 3.5 years later and still don't believe in myself. Even though objectively I've made great progress I just can't shake the feeling I could have done better.
Listen I’m from NYC and I always saw Kai throughout the years(20 years) at variance gyms and he has always been a gentleman. I don’t have social media but I know that guy in real life. He came from nothing for real so when you talk about Kai now just know that’s him now. Even when they did that mike pulcinella doc he just got that town house but he was still at the old place in Flatbush, bk.(the hood for real) We saw him all the time walking with mad bags lol even on the train. Don’t let that social media dictate what you see because we saw him for years broke and poor bro. 💯
Guy/Nick duo
James/ben duo
And then Ian whenever he wants. Perfect.
Insane content lately, Fouad is killin it
we need all of them at some point !
I really want to see guy and iain on a episode together.. that would be a non stop debate..
And Fouad who disagrees with everyone and owns the podcast
“What is lacking in this side chest?”
“I don’t know I just don’t like it.”
