This was by far the best dental xray video I have seen. Thank you for giving such great explanations and making it fun. I think when you make it fun people retain the material better. Most important thing thought is the thorough explanations.
oh my gosh!!!! I HAVE BEEN SCOURING on UA-cam for hours looking at bitewing techniques and your video is the best one yet. This is really good!!!! You're saving my sanity while in dental school. I was looking for specific techniques to improve my bitewing X-rays, which were detailed and informative. I'll incorporate these when I retake my bitewings. Thank you so much!!!! You're heaven-sent.
Loved this video, first time in so many years that I see an explanation so clear about taking btws. Thanks a lot, it will definitely help in doing a better job with the patients.
Hi, just wanted to say this vid was amazing and this channel is deffo underrated also please never stop making videos , we need more of these useful videos. Thank you
Thankyou so much for this tutorial!! So thorough and super helpful. I can’t wait to try these techniques out tomorrow! I’ve been in GP for a year and a half and just transitioned to pedo ! This new office only uses bite tabs and I’m so used to using Rinns! I have only been there a week, but I want to get better ! So excited to put this to work
The whole canine shouldn't be in the bite wing film, at most just the distal 1/4th of it if your trying. Main piece to get further forward past the premolar is to pivot the front of the sensor only to the midline of the lowers when setting it and follow that pivot with your xray tube.

@@pollyfoofoo8703 I see you're making your rounds to all my videos. Thank you, any recommendations for videos and I'll try my best.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
I keep missing my canine for premolar, even though I put the edge of the film in the middle of canine. Any tips?

No problem, hope it helps even a little.
I wish it was that easy. About 80% of my patients have mandibular or maxillary Tori…. 🙃
I feel ya, makes you miss being able to slip a old film in there and call it a day.
