- In this video we will show you how to make 3 different kind of kroeung paste. That way you can always reference to this video in the future. There are so many different kind of Cambodian foods you can make out of this 3 kroeung paste.
List of what these Kroeung are used for:
Kroueng #1 use for:
machu kroeung, beef stick, stir fried chicken, somlor koko, etc...
Kroeung #2 use for:
chicken curry, beef curry, internal organ curry, etc...
Kroeung #3 use for:
pork spare ribs tist with pineapple, fish tist, chicken tist, seafood tist, etc...
FYI, you can use numerous time when making one bowl of kroeung for your cooking. Can use around one cup of kroeung for each cooking.
