Preparation for baking: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius without a fan. Brush the tops of the doughnuts with egg yolk for a golden crust, you can sprinkle with sesame seeds. Baking: Bake the donuts in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes (depends on your oven) until golden in color Take the donuts out of the oven and let them cool slightly. Tips: If you want to vary the flavor, you can add some vanilla sugar or cinnamon to the batter. The finished doughnuts can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or glazed to your liking.
