good job, but at 5:40 nice guidelines advise that you shouldn't use paracetamol or any antipyretics to prevent fever thus preventing febrile convulsions because they won't prevent febrile convulsions. even if the child is febrile now don't use paracetamol for febrile convulsions unless they are in pain/distressed. otherwise, just observe.

in data gathering should we ask if the delivery was normal and if there was any history of fall before the convulsion started?
