@@MichaelMitchRailfan2009 Those are remnants of when they actually ran on the 1. All of the 19xx sets with the red strips that aren't 1934 or 1896-1900 are Westchester sets that never got their red strips removed.
@@thoseonetrainsI got 1400 something and then 1600 something when I saw the train, and they all had red strips, is there any chance these are from the 3 train?
The R62AS was really not supposed go to the 6 Pelham line because the R62AS was supposed to really go to the 4 Jerome Ave line. Listen carefully. They are definitely gonna start digging to lay pipes down on 49 or 50 tracks at Westchester yard. I'm just letting you know that right now. Something is definitely about to go down between the 4/6 lines. You know why I say that. Because one the Pelham 6 line has been doing signal maintenances every now and then. Even right now. Every time you look around they are always doing track maintenances just like the R62AS used to run on the 7 Flushing line before the R142As were sent to the 7 Flushing line. The Pelham 6 line is definitely starting to be like the 7 Flushing line.
I have a real serious question to ask you. Don't you wish the 8 Thrid Avenue Elevated line was still running without tairing it down and useing the R62AS on the 8 Thrid Ave Elevated line right now?
Also the 6 Pelham line experience the 1 3 S lines with the R62as R62S. Because the Pelham 6 line does not have no R142As anymore because of the train swap fleets between the 6/7 Flushing line equipments shifted back to the 6 Pelham line and that's the R62AS. The rest of the R142As that was left on the Pelham 6 line were sent to the 4 Jerome Ave line to make extra services.
What I have noticed that the 6 Pelham line is doing signal maintenance every now and then . Another thing to. Westchester yard is gonna be starting to do the draining pipes on 49 to 52 tracks one at a time because of the flood.
With a non unitized set of single cars the train can be any length. There are still a few single R62A cars which have not been unitized although most of them have been linked into five car sets (six cars for the shuttle).
I remember seeing the 8 and 9 cars on the R62AS on the 3 Broadway line before they were sent to the 7 Flushing to replace all the R62AS with the R62S from the 4 Jerome Ave. I could definitely tell you this bro . I have seeing the car body number s that came from the 3 Broadway line from what I had saw on the 1 Broadway line 1919 1917 1918 1919 1920 1921 with the Red stickers that' had to replace the blue 🔵 stickers before they were sent to the 7 Flushing line and now the 6 Pelham line has those car numbers.
Another thing to 2000 2100 2101 2105 2110 2115 2110 car numbers all came from the 3 Broadway line before they were sent to the 7 Flushing line. If you ever see the R62AS on the Pelham 6 line you will definitely see the odd car body numbers that used to be on the 3 Broadway line. 1700s 1600 1800 was originally from the Pelham 6 line I'm telling you the truth because I used to ride the R62AS 3 Broadway line and I had saw all the car boby numbers with the royal blue 🔵 stickers and the purple 🟣 stickers from the 7 Flushing line and now the green stickers.
@ 1:30 I like how the cars wobble and don't hit the platform.
Fantastic job DJ I love it 2:24
DJ Hammers must have a Jet Pack to be able to follow that S train to every station! LOL
This is an intresting transfer!
This time R62A has 240th Street yard set
#1921 is not from 240th Street Yard.
@@thoseonetrainsthat’s really weird, because it has red wrap on #1921 so maybe it’s ex Westchester set?
I saw a nis 3 train on the 6 one time. I’m so happy I could experience this many foam

I’ll always remember when the (7) Train was only R62A’s before the R142A’s/R188’s arrived.
