it’s just black duct tape, I believe a little lighter than the grey stuff. Yep, it works wonders protecting the leading edge of the wing from impacts. Highly reccomend!

Didn't realize that was the mini mustang video. Oops. Here are the 4.5g servos I used: hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigytm-tgy-1440a-analog-servo-v2-0-8kg-0-10sec-4-4g.html
I haven’t seen your flight video but I would expect your mini will track poorly because of the crappy hobby king servos. When I was building minis, I started with Turnigy 5g servos and noticed they centered poorly. Flight performance suffered. Then I tried Emax 4.5g digitals. Night and day difference. So when building normal size FT planes, the Turnigy 9g servos are plenty ok. But their 5g servos are not as good IMHO...
Yes, very possible. They were 5g Hextronic HXT-500 and they never came back to the same center. The price was right but my FT mini Scout and mini Corsair were impossible to trim. Same issue with my first FT arrow. Switching to Emax ES9051 from Banggood in my second Arrow made a huge difference. BTW: Check out the new mini-Zero!!! The HXT-900s (9g) seem to do everything well and they are inexpensive. Perfect for non-mini foamboard planes.
Keep it up man... good content!
Joce 09 Thank you!
Thanks!
No problem!
Nice vid was wondering if you could make a video on how you make your planes with the plans because I’m having trouble with getting everything aligned
I actually already did a scratch build beginner series a while back check my playlists on my channel.
Ok thx
Can I use a A2212 2000kv motor? And what battery do you recommend
That motor is a little big, I would stick to a 1806-2207 size. Battery is a 3s 850mah
what motor do you have on there and what size and kv is it

Hey just found your channel, pretty sweet.
You should try the Baby Buggatti, Im almost done with mine.
Awesome! thanks for your support! I will look into the baby bugatti, I have heard good things!
What type of tape are you using for the leading edge of your wings? Is it for strength?

Can you put the servos thank you

Interesting, I’ve had perfect luck with these, they are plenty strong and center reliably. Maybe you just got a bad batch?
Yes, very possible. They were 5g Hextronic HXT-500 and they never came back to the same center. The price was right but my FT mini Scout and mini Corsair were impossible to trim. Same issue with my first FT arrow. Switching to Emax ES9051 from Banggood in my second Arrow made a huge difference.
