It's your choice to support someone with and without proofs, on the internet the line of reality is so small that everyone shouldn't care about people lying except if they are harassing someone else. In the worst scenario you gave support to someone who lied... And? What did you lost? If you gave money with the patreon or anything you did because you care about that person work and not he/she as a person, this is a thing many should know but yet they don't.
I love the fact Boyfriend actually looks concerned by the second song. Granted Girlfriend couldn’t care less but Boyfriend’s face says it all. It’s rare you see him show any emotion and it really brings home how sad the situation Starving artist is in. RIP my dude, hopefully the next life will appreciate you better

Without artists we wouldn't have museums, video games, cartoons, movies, tv shows, we would be a very bleak world. One thing that should be mentioned: Its a PSA about artists that struggle, the fact they overwork themselves just to have something to eat is unreal. Please if you have spare money and want to commission someone, please commission small artists. They need the money to care for themselves and their family. You have no idea how much you'll be helping them.

Editing this for the third time now, the left arrow represents how she's in pain and she thrusts her back in a sign of pain, down arrow represents how she's hungry and losing hope, up arrow is probably a hiccup she got from cold because of no heating bill, right arrow represents her coughing in pain as she overworks herself.

Never let an artist starve. Let them know that what they are doing for you is way more than just a drawing or a background to you. An artist kinda stopped me from possibly ending my life back in 2019. He probably does not know the extent of his help. Thanks to GOD and to him, I was able to slowly distract myself enough, and slowly regain something to look forward for. I was able to meet a lot of understanding and friendly people, and while I am still struggling, it way less bad now.

This mod is so fucking beautiful. Instead of all the tracks being different songs that go with the theme, and increase in intensity to make a ‘cool’ final battle with the opponent (like most fnf mods), this one uses the same central song but remixed in each track. Each of the songs increases in intensity and desperation, but there’s a reason for it: the starving artist is getting more desperate. The reason isn’t because the final battle is coming up like in most mods, it’s because the character herself is becoming more desperate. There’s a more natural reason for the tracks increasing with intensity here rather than the usual arbitrary reason. It’s... so refreshing to see a mod like this that feels more real, that’s relatable, and that has so, *so* much passion put into its creation. This is my favorite mod so far, it’s experimental and so original. I’m not even an artist and just seeing the way the creator put this mod together nearly made me cry on my first go through.
For some reason, I really like how the last two songs have this steady beat (in the second to last, it was in the background but in the last song it is at the end) where it sounds like an alarm clock is going off as if time is up. I just really like the idea especially for the last song since it is made by bf's and the starving artist's voices
everyones talking about how there's the same tune in the first three songs, but they aren't talking about how it sounds in the third one. its just the tune and the alarm and it sounds freaky as hell. /pos
To me, is disturbing how at the end of the third song the alarm starts to sound louder and louder. To me, feels like is something that tells you SOMETHING IS WRONG, WAKE UP.

In the third song, there’s a beeping in the background that’s reminiscent of a heart beat monitor. You can hear it get louder near the end. I thought the artist was going to die and flatline.
As a artist myself, I feel like it's safe to assume it's a alarm, having to stay up late at night for work and barely getting any hours of sleep is draining and the sound is far more haunting than it would be for people that get average hours of sleep lol

Here's the story (I think): BF found an "I'll do anything for money" ad, and wanted to rap with someone, Artist (I'm assuming the name as that) told BF the address and went there. Expecting a rap, Artist had blood loss (I'm not sure how) and started to lose sanity, BF was worried but Artist kept singing later on. BF was really worried but Artist didn't care, she wanted the money badly. Unfortunately, she lost so much blood that she had passed out and was hospitalized.
To the ppl who don't know: "Starving Artist" Is based on a true story. Rebecca (the creator of the mod) has a really poor family. Both of her parents were sick so they couldn't get money. So all she had to do was just to make NSFW and work on her cartoon called "Stellapie" Good thing the artist is ok now Edit: HOLY CRAP SO MANY LIKES

This is about artists who are stressed and they feel like they can't do anything, some artists even kill themselves, some starve themselves, some even cut. Artists are underpaid most the times, alot of artists actually go into depression and other mental illnesses.

As an artist I recommend to anyone not to try too hard, this mod just shows how you end up slowly wearing out and losing more and more of yourself, and in the end it ends up being prejudiced... Take care ❤️
i notice how they kept singing one certain leitmotif in each song (well, the first three) so i can't help but wonder: could that be the theme song to their cartoon? did they hear it so many times while working for so long it's all they remembered to sing up until their final moments?
That's what I said! It's interesting how when that song plays, everything feels a bit calmer and relaxed, especially during the second song. It's like it's a way to calm themselves down. What's interesting and sad is that in the third song, it gets drowned out by the alarm clock at the end. Maybe by then she completely lost it.
Imma say it. This mod is creepier than Starecrown. Starecrown's got a good vibe, but it's mostly visual horror. This one's story is much more unsettling. Both have great horror type music, but this one stays more on the horror side, slow and somber, I feel at least. I love them both, btw, this is just subjective one which gave me more of a horror vibe. It's scarier because it's realistic. That's my take, at least. Not to mention, I just took a look through the assets. I found something that made it just that much worse. There's a corpse in this room. Her corpse. This mod just went from terrifying to nightmare fuel for me. I've heard that apparently the creator said she survived, but that just raises a lot of questions for me, keeping that horror train rolling with that question.

This reminds me of the time I was starving to death because my parents were poor, but that was in the past when I was really young, I’m one of the lucky ones to live, when I had no control of my baby life, also glad she is doing better.
I remember when i was around 9 or 10 years old i was really good with drawing stuff and my parents were always cheer me up because of my drawings but sadly at some point i gave up (don't worry its not because of our financial situation or family problems) im not sure if i did the right or wrong thing but you can say that not much has changed

i really enjoyed the leitmotif throughout the mod, but holy hell is this depressing. especially if you hum the melody to yourself, it sounds nice, almost cheerful. this could have been a beautiful song had it not been for the state of the artist. now its bittersweet. i love this mod

It's sad that it happens, there's no way to help everyone, but there are times you can help some, and that's enough for me. If you can help at least one, you can't regret doing so, this happened to the mod creator. They may have asked for help, got helped or helped themselves at the time, after whatever happened they seem to be pretty okay now. They made this representation pretty recently, to probably vent, and/or to warn others who suffer from it or know someone who does to help or get help

Before anyone says that the mod is inaccurate to how bf and gf would act, being that he was “scared”, in the second song Aspirer, he isn’t scared of Rebecca, he’s scared FOR Rebecca, showing that he was extremely worried about her losing blood during their song. For more info on how it is, I recommend you watch Doobus Goobus’s video on Friday Night Hunkin’: Mods. Starving Artist is the third mod shown in the video and BF shows compassion. There’s a line where she says “I haven’t eaten in three weeks.” And BF offered her some fries right before she went to sleep forever, but it didn’t show him scared or anything. I love Rebecca’s work, I love this mod and my love goes out to Rebecca, and to anyone who’s having any family issues, you’ll get through them. I guarantee it!

This mod is so fucking beautiful. Instead of all the tracks being different songs that go with the theme, and increase in intensity to make a ‘cool’ final battle with the opponent (like most fnf mods), this one uses the same central song but remixed in each track. Each of the songs increases in intensity and desperation, but there’s a reason for it: the starving artist is getting more desperate. The reason isn’t because the final battle is coming up like in most mods, it’s because the character herself is becoming more desperate. There’s a more natural reason for the tracks increasing with intensity here rather than the usual arbitrary reason. It’s... so refreshing to see a mod like this that feels more real, that’s relatable, and that has so, *so* much passion put into its creation. This is my favorite mod so far, it’s experimental and so original. I’m not even an artist and just seeing the way the creator put this mod together nearly made me cry on my first go through.

Here's the story (I think): BF found an "I'll do anything for money" ad, and wanted to rap with someone, Artist (I'm assuming the name as that) told BF the address and went there. Expecting a rap, Artist had blood loss (I'm not sure how) and started to lose sanity, BF was worried but Artist kept singing later on. BF was really worried but Artist didn't care, she wanted the money badly. Unfortunately, she lost so much blood that she had passed out and was hospitalized.

Imma say it. This mod is creepier than Starecrown. Starecrown's got a good vibe, but it's mostly visual horror. This one's story is much more unsettling. Both have great horror type music, but this one stays more on the horror side, slow and somber, I feel at least. OHHHHH The constant beeping that could've been an alarm or a heart monitor really got in my head. It was annoying and awful in just the right way. It pierced my ears; if it was an alarm, it probably referenced the girl waking up early or forcing herself not to sleep all the time, and if it was a heart monitor...

i really enjoyed the leitmotif throughout the mod, but holy hell is this depressing. especially if you hum the melody to yourself, it sounds nice, almost cheerful. this could have been a beautiful song had it not been for the state of the artist. now its bittersweet. i love this mod

When i fisrt saw this mod i thought it was jist depressing but no, and now i cant watch my animated youtuber without thinking that some of them are dealing with this sort of struggle until they die and to be so desperate... I think the world of manga, cómic and independant cartoons its like that... So sad
It's sad that it happens, there's no way to help everyone, but there are times you can help some, and that's enough for me. If you can help at least one, you can't regret doing so, this happened to the mod creator. They may have asked for help, got helped or helped themselves at the time, after whatever happened they seem to be pretty okay now. They made this representation pretty recently, to probably vent, and/or to warn others who suffer from it or know someone who does to help or get help

(Whitty creators and stuff) There's a chance, though if you're talking about the devs, they seem to be pretty good, and might've gotten a confidence boost because of their Kickstarter, the creators of the Whitty mod seem pretty okay, they're making original non fnf stuff with their canon Whitty. If they suffered, it's good to see they're okay now, i wish the best to anyone suffering from simillar things. The people in the community's majority seem pretty fine, but, the best to those who aren't

This reminds me of jaiden animations so goddamn badly, she explained her issues on "why i didn't make a face reveal" it made me cry to see such an amazing, cheerful person have so many issues, yet this video does seem to be a message for other artists not to overwork themselves, they may seem happy during their animations but you never know what they have going through their minds....

Before anyone says that the mod is inaccurate to how bf and gf would act, being that he was “scared”, in the second song Aspirer, he isn’t scared of Rebecca, he’s scared FOR Rebecca, showing that he was extremely worried about her losing blood during their song.

There’s a line where she says “I haven’t eaten in three weeks.” And BF offered her some fries right before she went to sleep forever, but it didn’t show him scared or anything.
I love Rebecca’s work, I love this mod and my love goes out to Rebecca, and to anyone who’s having any family issues, you’ll get through them. I guarantee it!
