Nice video content! Apologies for butting in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you researched - Trentvorty Perfection Kidney Theorem (do a search on google)? It is a smashing one off guide for improving kidney function without the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my buddy after many years got amazing success with it.
By limiting the portion you may still enjoy quinoa in your kidney diet. quinoa is high in fiber so very low intake of quinoa. this will not be a daily meal just on a barque day.. but good catch .. white rice is a great substitute.
I'm thankful there are videos on recipies but this does not help me in any way, corn on the cob is very high in potassium, your to boil take it off the cob. I do like the red pepper in place of tomatoes!! Also Orange juice!? I can personally say that's a no no. I guess its called low sodium girl not renal diet girl.
A 1/2 ear portion is acceptable for a low phosphorus kidney diet. Use fresh corn instead of frozen when in season... but don,t eat more than half portions
Don’t listen to folks here who tell you what you shouldn’t eat & in what portions. CKD patients’ needs vary. Talk to your doctor. If yours is one of those doctors stuck in the past change doctors. Find one who understands the importance of diet in the management of kidney function. That’s what I did. My kidney function has up improved by 20%. I’m on a plant based diet. No meat. Animal protein is harder on unhealthy kidneys than plant based. What’s good for me may not be right for you. I see your post is 2 years old. I hope you’re doing well.
thanks so much for this channel and recipes

I think I would become vegetarian.
Veganism and vegetarianism doesn’t work for me.
