I really wanted to love the Dior program but they have made way too many mistakes! After spending a pretty penny I gave up! I would rather just get 20% off at other retailers and not bother! I just can’t spend so much time on hold to correct their mistakes. I am a lover of free gifts but they never got an order right so I quit. If they seem to get their program corrected I will try again but right now I won’t bother! Too bad too because I have many things I’ve ordered and would love to benefit from the program but too many issues have led me to not bother. You have gotten some great gifts so I’m glad it worked out for you!
Ugh sorry to hear about that. They haven't gotten my order wrong but my birthday is wrong and they never sent the gift. Oh well..I do purchase Dior items from other retailers if there are better pricing though.

Excellent choice I also got the Dioriviera set it’s stunning and I’m on the loyalty program too . I had the platinum gift of the brush set too it’s so useful and ideal for travels as you can put your makeup in the lower compartment. I adore the senreve bags so please count me in and can’t wait to see your next video great content as always Angeleyn the water bottle was our gold gift in the Uk which I missed out on despite trying I think we sometimes have different gifts here . @@angeleyn Hi Angelyn I feel the Maestra pebble leather in black would be practical and especially working in a corporate environment it would be the colour of choice . It’s so practical that it is great as a travel bag so very versatile as it converts to a back pack. I do also like the aria belt bag as that is good for keeping your essentials in for everyday on short trips or keeping passports cards boarding passes close to you and very handy when you need to reach your documents quickly . There are so many choices though as all the Senreve bags are stunning and have their own uses depending on the circumstances for your use . Honestly Angelyn any that you select would be amazing 💕as the quality is excellent and would be adored by all . Personally, like many other people, Dior has never sent me anything, they have made mistakes and it’s always something with them. I don’t even try to correct my birthday either lol. I never got my welcome gift, but got the ornaments gift set once when I went up in status. Thanks for letting us know about the correction, it’s late for me I think but thanks I didn’t know 😊

I didn’t get my birthday gift or my holiday gift either. I thought I was the only one that missed out! After spending nearly two thousand pounds on Dior it was rather galling! Not surprisingly, I have lost faith in Dior!

Yes, it's a huge investment to get to the tiers of the loyalty program. So many reports of missing gifts..I only buy on department store counters..you have to wait but eventually she will have the gifts in stock and samples..I hope everyone gets their entitlements one day..😊
