I am completely terrified of spiders…. And yet I find myself completely delighted by this channel and this video in particular! I learned so much and have a much greater appreciation for arachnids thanks to you!
Thats awsome so glad you enjoyed it and welcome to our channel 👍❤️
I’m also afraid of spiders, but watching Dave’s videos have helped me so much. I don’t kill any spiders that I find in my house any more, I catch and release them away from my home. I also have found some baby spiders that I caught and I’m feeding them small fruit flies.
This is exactly how I got started in the hobby!
Me too 😅
What a lovely gift from Jen and Mike! Adorable babies!
"They look like the facehuggers." So true Dave!
I have been thinking that since I saw my first eggsac video lol
imagine getting face hugged by those beasts
Ahahahaha , one of my good good mates and 50% of the reason I own a T myself is because of his T.Sturmi which really was called facehugger before she passed.
( happy note he has a female called ripley now )
I say nuke the site from Orbit, it's the only way to be sure/
Well the facehugger was designed to incorporate people’s fear of spiders and snakes into one amalgamation.
Very nice plack and wonderful informative as well as interesting video! Thank you Dave and Camera Lady, hugs 🤗❤ Susanne.
Jackson OHIO, nice sign. This was my first time seeing spider eggs, too spiderlings. All of the intricate changes was absolutely amazing. Nice job camera Lady. Thanks Dave and Steve. Take care.
Jen and Mike absolutely wonderful gift and addition to the beastie room again Dave such wonderful fans reflected by such a wonderful guy such as yourself.
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Of all of the tarantula channels I’ve subscribed, I’ve found yours to be the most pleasurable. I really appreciate your depth of knowledge and thank you for your willingness to share it.
Thank you and welcome to our channel my friend ❤️👍
Great video! Richard recently added a video showing a tarantula lay her eggs and make her egg sac. This is almost like a continuation on from that. Lol. I never thought face huggers could look so cute! X
Congratulations Dave!!!!
Your photography is phenomenal! And your videos are so informative. Thank you
Really appreciate your support my friend ❤️👍
Love the new Beastie plaque! Very interesting video.
I really do like this channel, you're great at presenting - informative and entertaining, and camera work is also very good, and can't forget the beasties who always steal the show :)

AMAZING video my friend 🤩 thanks for sharing Dave xx
Truly amazing!!! Learned bunches from this video. THANK YOU DAVE!!!!!!
Glad it was helpful!
That was so amazing to watch them develop from eggs to slings that was so beautiful to watch
This is absolutely stunning footage I can not wait till I'm in a position to be able to try my hand at breeding I'm super lucky that I do actually have a local reptile store near me a small mom and pop type place who has been buying anything I've bred thankfully Bec it's given me the opportunity to truly try my hand at breeding without being concerned I did end up getting extremely sick and thank God they were able to take the majority of the baby's I had with the lizards Bec they need way more space then tarantulas which is a big part of why I am totally smitten with the hobby that I once was petrified of !! And I'm super grateful for urself and a few others whom take the time to post things like this that has allowed me to go from scared to absolutely fascinated
Thank you for this very informative video on the growth of those eggs to slings. You answered my questions about the process of development.

Your T room is looking good. I'm envious. Lucky little spiders!
This is SUCH a cool video! I think I can even make out little tiny hairs on their freshly molted egg butts!
Laid an egg? You are too cute lol! Outstanding video! Do you have that little explorer? Hope you had a cold one after all that. Thank you for this and all your videos. You and Camera Lady make a great team.
Wow what a fantastic video! Absolutely loved it. Very interesting to see the different stages. These are one of my favorite tarantulas. Very cool sign as well. That was very nice of your friends to have it made.

BAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! “She laid an egg”. Lolol. Brilliant!!
This is a great video. I was wishing for these pictures. Continue with this development process.
Over the top plaque!
Thank you! Will do!❤️
I have a major case of arachnophobia, and these videos are an amazing therapy. Informative and well presented! For some morbid reason i find these creatures absolutely terrifying, yet fascinating.
Fascinating! Great video, I love the little facehugger stage!
Omg, I bet that little one in threat pose is going to give some poor keeper hell. Lol love the plaque, too cute.
That was really cool to see them developing through. Btw question to camera lady…does he ever put that paintbrush down? 😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂only when eating 😂😂😂😂
Another very instructive document for the spider world. And even in 1080p. 🤗 Thanks again to both of you and keep up the good work. 👍
I introduced a gorgeous little GBB to my collection of two today, thank you so much for all of your advice, I knew nothing about tarantulas 4 weeks ago....it made the process a whole lot easier, my one has got a whole load of attitude, but I was gentle and only got a small dose of hairs .... your experience really shows with the big adults .... fab channel...
Welcome to the channel and the hobby now open your mind to the wonders that are in front of you ❤️❤️❤️
it’s CRAZY how different they look when they first start hatching vs the way they look as adults. loved seeing this process i’ve never seen it before
I can say without a doubt this is one of the most fascinating videos I have ever seen. Well done Dave and Camera Lady!!! Would love to see more with different spiders! They could be part of a new Progression Series!! I wanted to save this for the weekend but just had to watch it now. Glad I did. Again..job well done!! Stay cool!!
That was so cool. I have never seen a video that details the egg to sling time like that. I had no idea it took, or could take, that long. I really loved hearing Camera Lady laugh at your "Laid an egg" comment. She does such a good job I sometimes forget she is there. Thanks for sharing your beasties with us.
Fantastic channel. Everything is informative and done with thought and passion about the animal and subject. Another brilliant video
Yes indeed ❤️
Dave thank for sharing the progress with the eggs, I have never seen it in so much detail before!! Loved it!!
So nice of you
So amazing. Really enjoyed this video. Thanks for sharing 💜🕷
Spiders as freaky as they can be sometimes are so fascinating biology and growth wise.
Whoa, check out the new lights! Sweet, Dave!
I was just about to say that lol. I love the new lights ..
Wow! Thank you! the most interesting part was 60 days without food! I knew they last the while on the nourishment of their sack but not 60 days! Thank you for this great insight dave I really enjoyed it.
P. S you have a little spot above the doorway behind you where you could still fit something... lol🤣😁
❤️❤️👍
Never been one for spiders, but found this transition video of their development interesting.
reach out too
Ants Canada
im sue the guy will love your substrate being packed with spring tails. he also keep spiders
What an incredible video !!!! Love the eggs with legs 😍😍
THAT is definitely a wonderful sign, Dave! Love the color too.
As for the video, it was truly fascinating. Loved seeing the progression of the wee spiders. Nice to know that I could have left the all together, wish I had done that with my tiny ones. After I had seen they had molted and could see hair on their abdomens, I put them into their own cups. They are thriving quite well and eating the pre-killed, cut up crickets. The mum molted a few weeks ago and she is now about 4 inches DLS (sorry, my use of metric is abysmal)! 😆 🤣. I'd would like to find a mature male for her for pairing.
But stay safe and keep cool and remember to keep hydrated, both of you. Virtual hugs to you both.
Hi linda, glad to hear your little ones are doing well and look forward to hearing how you get on with finding a male 👍❤️❤️❤️
@@daveslittlebeasties I have two options actually; 1. There are a number of good reliable breeders here in the US that sell adults or/sub-adults i can purchase, or; 2. I found out there are a surprising number of people in my area that also keep T's I can probably try to contact as well. Also, I am thinking of starting up a Tarantula group/club in my area and maybe grow the interest of this amazing hobby. That way we can work together on breeding and collecting. I'm still thinking this through though. Such as putting up fliers and adverts in the local papers. I think it would help everyone in my neck of the woods. Any suggestions would be helpful. 🤗🕷
Omg the slings are hairy hairy!! Wow! They look like those crown of thorns starfish.
Amazing video, I’ve never seen documented stages like this. Y’all are on your way up! so happy for you guys, it’s well deserved with the work and education you put into your videos
Thank you so much 👍❤️
Great video love to see eggs with legs grow 🕷🕸
very fascinating
Great information video Dave heard cam lady laughing when you said egg was you thinking of breakfast 🍳
😂😂😂😂😂😂👍
Even as nymth's you can still tell that there from the theraphosa genus brilliant video. 👌
Totally captivating to track their development. Threat pose? Hahaha!
I can’t get over the one doing the threat pose. Wow his personality shines thru! love this video , very informative
That was fascinating! Thank you for sharing.
incredible. dont know much about spiders so watching what they look like as infants to the final development stages... the massive changes from one stage to another is miraculous. nature is crazy.
❤️❤️❤️👍
Great video! I enjoyed seeing the progression of eggs into slings. Gorgeous sign!!
The close up vids are fascinating, such a cool life cycle for Ts. Baby face huggers! Nice work Dave!
Thanks Dave I just Love little baby spiders. You are Awesome
What incredible video!! Makes you appreciate. What each tarantula in the hobby goes through, To become the tarantulas we all love!!
Wonderful video! To bad so many of the eggs didn't develop but the ones that did look great! Nice piece of art for your Beasty room :) The little fangs being flexed in the early stages of the babies were amazing to see. Ts and spiders in general are such a marvel, most people have no idea what an amazing creature they are.
At around the 8:05 mark it was really interesting to see hairs on the abdomens already and the middle nymph half way through moulting. Sounds like you could do with an ice bucket to stand in, bet your tropical Ts are loving this weather though! Amazing video as always
Thank you so much Dave and the misses, for this perfect little insight
😂😂😂😂😂👍
Absolutely beautiful Dave! Their development is almost mystical..you know how I feel about the species so it was extra special for me to see..thank you for posting this video
Love this video! Great educational content, as always. Would love to see more like this with other species. Also, would love to see even more growth from sling to mature theraposa, like first feeding, etc.
So maybe a 5 year project 😂👍
I learned so much, I never realized that the "egg" part was actually their abdomen.
Awesome video
Glad you enjoyed it
Oh and awesome sign 😁
Its really amazing how quickly they grow into their abdomen and start getting those spider proportions. Imagine growing that fast and how much energy that takes
Absolutley facinating! Amazing to see and great commantry.
Another great video, also love it when camera lady gives you a hard time lol
😂😂😂😂😂😂👍
Wow what an amazing process to watch they are so cute and to think about how large they are going to end up 😀😀
That plaque is awesome too
Haha I did watch it and even commented 😃👍
"...think we keep that one for ourself, we do like a spider with an attitude"
this really narrows it down what I love about your channel...
btw, I love the (new) sign in the background!
Awsome! Another vid I definitely wanna watch with my fam! Great job Dave!!
amazing video dave. one of my favorites of all time of any channel. keep it up!!!
I used to be afraid of and hate spiders, but your videos really have changed my perspective on them, especially this one. I actually felt bad for all the spiderlings that didn't make it. You've made a borderline arachnophobe care about spiders!
I love your channel so so much. I never thought I would be into wholesome spider content but here I am watching your videos everyday.
WOW Amazing! thanks dave
absolutely loving your videos. Once again, being from New Zealand we dont really have any large spiders. We have the Avondale spider found in Auckland further north, I believe was featured in the movie Arachnophobia. Probably the most venomous spider we have is the White tale which is tiny compared to what you have. Have you ever been unfortunate enough or close to been bitten by any of these beautiful creatures?
No I have never been bitten im very careful 😂👍
Would love to see the whole process of growing up until maturity! :D Great vid Guys
We have kept 3 slings back for just that purpose so we can watch them develop over time 👍
@@daveslittlebeasties Wonderful :)
🕷️🕸️Cheers mate love watching and learning 🦘🇦🇺
It's fascinating the egg actually becomes their abdomen!
