- When Ellen called Geneva McLean, she and her husband Eric had no idea what was about to happen! When they realized who was on the phone, they were bowled over. Then they found out the Swaggin' Wagon was parked in front of their house!

What a sick, sick society, where an ill child can bankrupt a family. Even more sick that these people actually served their country and this is the way they are paid back.
Makes me so grateful to live in country with free health care, where the richest still have to pay taxes to the country they are leeching upon.

@@phuctrinh2589 Must be Europe and Nasty Renegade is right. The US is only good for beautiful, healthy staight welthy people. Others have to struggle to make ends meat. If you are sick you probably end up dead. You have to beg or relai on talkshow hostess Ellen for money. But she and the promotors like Sutterfly can't only help a couple of people in the US. Healthcare should be primair. People should pay for it but not getting bankrupt because they are sick.
During my tough and rough days, the only thing that kept me going was to watch Ellen's shows on UA-cam, I don't want anything, no prices, no vacations, nothing. I know that her shows I watched were enough for me to get better, and for that I thank her, she has no clue how she impacts people on and off her show.

15k for apartment renting that's kinda cheap .. but the government shouldn't take care of that since both of them they're still serving in the army..
That's not cheap.. more like 6000 a year in some places. I pay double 15k a year and still think it's not cheap.

I just want to be in the audience and laugh at Ellen do pranks on people. I'm going a medical storm myself and at my darkest moment when I want to cry, I go to my God first and thank him for life. I then go to Ellen show for a good laugh or happy tears and now I can sleep knowing someone is blessed by someone with an enormous heart.

I am confused. both are specialist in the military.off base housing allowance, would be around 1300 hundred dollars per month.medical care totally paid for...also moving would be paid for by the military too.

+Mike Wilber It depends honestly. They don't take care of us like they should in the military. Since I joined, I got completely screwed over by the military, but I wouldn't ever regret it, its where I met my husband. At the moment they could be reservists, and as a reservist you don't get the benefits like an active duty where medical is paid and, as a reservist you have to pay for it, it's cheaper but it still it does cost money.
I always end up crying watching this memorable surprises.Ellen ,you are really my most idol person and I can't wait to see u in future,if possible.God bless u.I always wish to meet you but you are so far away......................

Wish Ellen could help me with my college fees but Im in another country
they call it "peacekeeping" ...they always forget to mention the "with guns" part. But nonetheless, they are strong and proud people to be able to stand up for their country.

We were not covered by any medical and it had been past 6 months since we were on any kind of active duty orders (Tricare Prime only covers you for 6 months after separation from active duty orders! As for BAH....that's a negative you only receive BAH while on active duty orders and even if your in college and are using the GI Bill you only get what percentage you are eligible for IF you are in college full time and are taking at least one on campus class!
WFTX represent -- $15k will go a long way around here.. that's around 1½ - 2 years of rent for apartments around here. No California prices in this neck of the woods =)
