Thank you. Mine isn't that old, but it didn't show the battery kept saying 0% when it was full . The reset cleared the fault, and I can now see what % Is left. Thank you
Thanks ! My Jackery 500 is still having issues, even after performing the factory Resets. When I phoned Jackery, they gave me the same instructions except told me to Hold Display button for 14 seconds. It still won't even charge my phone . I LOVE Jackery ... but mine decided to quit on me again during THEE WORST possible times, lol ... my rotten luck ... I've been having tornadoes and power outages. Any other advice ??? My Jackery 500 was a generous gift from one of my Subscribers..... bought new and was expensive just to send it to me , so I feel bad ... but Jackery asked for an invoice number, but it was a gift. Not sure what else to do. ♥️
Wow, what a cool gift! 😀 Sorry to hear that though 😔 How old is your Jackery? They should diagnose and repair it if needed if it's within the five year warranty. Did you store the battery at the correct levels when not being used?

Sometimes they just develop a bug like phones do. A good old reset does the trick! Thanks for letting me know 😁

Hmm. I would personally reach out to customer service. All their models have a five year warranty so hopefully your in that window.
That didn’t work, jackery needs to make a better product, I’ll go with another brand next time.
