I LOVE THIS! Wow talk about a flashback! How fun 🤩 The big sized book is definitely a plus. You did a fabulous job on this. I am super impressed! 👏😃 That is priceless!
We had Poochie over here in the UK for a while. I don't remember if there was a cartoon but I definitely remember the advert and the song. I think one of the toys may have made a pink ink paw shape - but it was nearly 40 years ago so I might be confused. Love watching your videos and hearing the clocks chiming in the background.
So happy this popped up in my feed again. It's a joy to watch and it has given me some more ideas for my Fraggle Rock journal I'm working on. Hope you're having a good week.
Olay so this was my two daughters childhood!!!!!!!!? You did an amazing job!!!? Could you steer me to places you got some of your images and places you bought stuff from???? I would LOVE to make them each one!! Love this!!
I searched Pinterest for many of the images! The Fashion Playtes printables I found when I googled (it was a free printable on a blog). FreeComicBooksOnline, I think had the ads I showed. It was just a lot of searching and saving over time. Good luck and have fun!!! Your girls would love one!!
How did you bind the pages? I've wondered how to put two pages together when sewing a signature when the pages aren't just folded. Did that make sense?
This journal also brings back soooo many childhood memories. I remember everything from in here…including Poochie!! 🥰👏🏻
What a fun journal! You packed a treasure trove of nostalgia in there. Well done.
Thank you! This was a super fun one to work on :)
This is just wonderful.. So many fun memories ☺️🌈
This is perfect!!! You totally captured my childhood!!!!
I made a list of things I remembered from growing up in the 80s for a couple of months before starting…..that helped a ton! Thanks for watching!!
Fantastic journal for your friend! I bet she just loves it! A Blast from the past for sure!
Thanks so much!

I do love clocks! I always hope it isn’t too distracting when they chime. :)

Oh - and the paper dolls came from Past Paper Pretties on Etsy.
I found most of the books at library bookstores and thrift shops.

@@crystalsreviewsandhow-tost1216 it’s been a while, but I believe I hinged two pages together using a folded paper hinge or folded fabric hinge.
