Also, in current world if you think about water... you may as well think about Nestle, and what they do with that (long term goals). The same with properties (industrial or private ones) - think Blackrock, Vanguard and so on, and what they do with property markets. And if you think about good image in the media for various corporations and CEOs, don't think about media as such - think Black Cube type of agencies and what they do for their various clients (rich CEOs, billionaires and so on).
The Bolivian family at the beginning that lives next to the water treatment facility is heartbreaking. How is this possible in the 21st century? Have we really learned nothing?

For my part, I engaged a stock specialist who gives entry and exit points on the security I'm interested in while I go about my other business. They were watering during the middle of the day. I hear only 20% of that is absorbed. Then another one and so on. Water restrictions? Only for the ones not greasing city hall.
In Las Vegas they are having to rip up trees, bushes, and any grass that is around town, switching to fake materials, to conserve the amount of water they use for upkeep, however, there are 39 golf courses in Las Vegas and another 19 within 20 miles around them.
THAT is crazy, I can get five gallons of reverse osmosis purified water for $2:50 .and the only really safe bottle water is fugi, or filter it yourself.
If ever there is a case for an independent water supply then this is it.. There is equipment available to extract water from the air. It works even in the desert without electricity. I suggest these people need to be educated to what is available to them.

However if you did a hole in the ground and pee in it, you can easily extract that water back out and clean with a simple solar still. Why can't something in between be done, where small scale evaporators, two hundred square foot basically tilted plastic with a drain into a plastic bucket, that can work 24/7 to fill water for drinking. NOT for industry. NOT to cool huge banks of computers. NOT to turn natural human waste into toxic waste, which is what we stupidly short sighted Americans do....
seriously. Have you even watched the video carefully. The western part of India(Rajasthan) that was shown in the videos have hundreds of rain water harvesting plants, reservoirs. They even showed it in the video the farmer was saying that the reservoir is empty for many years now. Rajasthan is mostly a deserted area, it naturally receives less rainfall compared to other parts. ANd on top of that, companies like cocacola (backed by some idiot politicians ) are allowing them to tap on the underground water. THe motive of the video is to show why privatisation of a single most necessary thing - water could lead to horrible circumstances.
