Entire tracks need to be fenced off and CCTV placed to get complete view of tracks. No person should be allowed to trespass on tracks even in railway stations. No modern country allows it in the world. In India people just walk on tracks like it is public park.
This has become a daily occurrence now, IR is a killer railway network, on no place on earth have so many people lost there lives as in IR, yet the rail minister and GOI have no accountability and nothing much has been done to improve safety, the 20 billion USD they are spending on a mad many dream (bullet train) could have been spent on improving safety on IR, we don't deserve bulled train.

Check recent videos and instead of blaming IR or govt, just name that one peaceful community who's teenage kids have started placing strange object on track all over India
