Hey miss. Thank you so much for the video. I was hoping I could get your opinion on something? (22m) I’ve been listening to music all day everyday with earphones for a very long time. Yesterday I decided to put a stop to the nonsense by putting the music down. The silence was quite strange and slightly unbearable. I don’t have much to do with my days atm so staying occupied can be a challenge. I’ve found comfort in self improvement videos and videos in general because it really helps with the overwhelming silence. Any ideas of what I could do instead of scrolling? Unrelated edit: maybe keep making yt videos? First time seeing your channel and I did learn a lot!
I'm glad the video was helpful! Something you might want to reflect on is why silence is unbearable to you. There are many ways to replace your distractions but it would depend on your personal interests. Some that come to mind are going on walks outside, reading a book, learning a new recipe or expressing yourself through art/writing. Good luck :)
