    The herbal or tree leaves (like jaama, raavi, punarnava, thippa theega..etc..) that are suggested to be used for making kashaaya (decoction) are of tropical regions (of warmer climate). Please let us know if you have any suggestions on what leaves are good to have(of widely available trees ) to make decoctions in colder climates like in Europe and North america. If this information is already available in any of your videos or books, please let us know.

    Madam, More than 10 yeas ago I have read in book authored by a professor that leafy vegetables contain
    vitamin D. Those days I did not know that it was vitamin D2. Please let me know whether this D2 is convertible to D3 without sunlight?

      Usually it's easily available in road side bushes, if it's not available for you, you can skip that kashayam
