- Today we're back in Scrap Mechanic with a new treasure hunt! This time we each spent a bit and built treasure hunt races for our friends to try! In my case I decided to build a treasure hunt that destroys your brain with similar colors in a massive office building!

I will say that moonbo had the best process for this. The fact that his items aren't "spawned" in until they are being searched for helps keep things competitive.
kAN, literally every single pvpvp map he builds: "I'm sorry guys, I didn't realize I made it so hard".

If you do this again, consider moving the duck into position when it becomes the search target. This way they won't find the ducks early
Moonbo did that with his Clue map.
As fair and interesting as that is, you're still spending time searching for objects. Whether it's the right object or not is still wasted time, even if you can save time by "knowing" where the next object might be.
multiplayer idea: instead of you building treasure hunt challenges for eachother, download one from the workshop and compete with eachother over who gets the most, and there should be rules for the builders, like there can only be 1 of each treasure and there has to be 5-10 treasures total.
Moonbo should be proud still. He blocked a clean sweep.

i really like these challenges where you all have to make your own videos to show off the whole challenge. i don't often watch them on time cause they aren't released all at the same time (not complaining) so i don't contribute to release day view count. i hope you guys keep making more like this.

I have a prediction. Im at 19:30 and they have not found the black duck. But im going to guess its on the red floor in the meeting room behind the black glass. I dont remeber that spot sticking out like that on the other floors

This was an amazing scavenger hunt.
As soon as the black duck popped up I knew it was in one of the TVs and it bothers me it took them both so long to even try checking the TVs

Bart: And then the hand started crawling around and try to strangle everybody?
Factory owner: No, that has never happened.
Bart: Any popped eyeballs?
Factory owner: I'm not sure what kind of factory you are thinking of. We just make boxes here.

Should have done hide and seek style hints, getting more descriptive with each one. Like instead of coming right out and saying the blue duck was on the first floor, say it is on a lower floor. Then another minute later say blue floor.
