True story...I watched this one night at 10:30. It motivated me so much I started out the door and went running down the street. My wife called the cops and they picked me up because I’m 75 years old and have a bad hip. Didn’t help that I was wearing a robe and slippers. I’m not giving up though.

Started running by about half of july. Couldnt run 3 miles. Watched the Goggins interview with joe rogan in september and ran half a marathon under 2 hours october 6th. The last 5 miles I kept telling myself '40 %'. Thank you goggins for helping me callus my mind. #canthurtme

Every morning I get up an hour earlier than needed to get to work.
After prepping everything so I'm ready to walk out the door I do a daily stretching routine followed by a small meditation stint. Then proceed to watch videos like this.
It's soo self rewarding walking into work seeing everyone else disheveled and yawning, while I'm wired and have mental acuity.
Small victories that only you are striving to achieve are soo crucial. Another small game I have been playing is getting out of bed within a minute of my alarm going off, no snooze, no follow up alarms needed.
I discovered David Goggins a few years ago, when I was about 15. And I immediately understood what I wanted in life by listening to him and since that day. I have always been on a different frequency than other people. I don't say better, but just on a different frequency. When I went out at night I had this voice telling me that I was wasting my time, that I should grind. I don't intend to stop here, I still have a long way to go. But I just want to testify of the impact this man had on my life. Stay hard from belgium

I am 19 years from Kenya. This man has inspired me to run for the last 60 days. I ran yesterday 5k in 22 minutes. I hope by 24 I'll be the university champion. Keep it hard.
Last night I chose to get extremely drunk and let myself feel bad for myself. I let that dog mentality go but before it I worked out. I ran and jump-roped.
After it I woke up at 6:00 am to my alarm and just lay in the aftermath of my internal chaos.
My mind contemplated suicide and I really was at a point last night and this morning where I didn't care. Not one bit. The cuts from my knife on my arm and abdominal tell it all... However as I lay in the mental chaos I realized in not caring that I am submitting to going beyond the limits placed upon myself in terms of all avenues in life from physical exercise, mental exercise, and financial exercise. Right now I haven't much money or I'm not bulked up with muscle yet I said "okay, if I'm ready to die I'll go out and die".
I then brushed my teeth, washed my face, and went out shirtless for a long run. No end goal. No limit.
Right now it's 40 degrees out and it must have been only 32-33 at the most while I was running. That air was refreshing, not crisp nor bothersome. Refreshing.
Right now as I write this I failed to mention my motivation was a David Goggins video that I watched around 6:50 and kept on repeat in my pocket whilst running.
Some would say that video changed my life.

This man changed my mentality on working out. I don’t work out to look good anymore or listen to music while I do it, man I go to the gym to keep my brain staying hard with the challenge of pushing every rep while Im playing david goggins in my headset
I watched this mid-workout, tired and exhausted, but before the video began, an ad came on about the so-called best PT in America. He explained how there are many myths about exercise - that you shouldn't push yourself to the limit and go blue in the face. But then Goggins came on, and I thought fuck that, I'm not stopping when I know I can do more, I'm not coming back from a run knowing I could of done another lap. Don't stop until your finished. So I stumbled on this vid in summer vacation, and I woke up at 5:00 the next morning just pounding the ball, doing crossovers, and power dribbles. I did that till 12:00. I get lunch, sleep, then return to the court at 3:00 and finish at 7:00 pm. All my teammates are partying but I’m suffering. School starts, I became a star player. Guys, work hard, chase your dreams, because they aren’t.

I have just been straight killing it and someone asked me if I listened to Goggins. I do now and it’s just more fuel on the fire, 54 lbs down. Running faster and longer than I was in my “prime” I took every excuse and threw it away, once you embrace the pain you become harder, and you learn who you are. This man is an inspiration.
Long story short I broke up with my ex got really depressed and found David goggins he really changed my life thank you David!
