Before we even start I'll confess I laughed at a funeral. My cousin with a short leg ran to the back and fell. The whole church let out a resounding "WHEW" and babaaaaay! I leaned forward and damn near put my head in my bag. I pretended to be overcome with grief. I was NOT crying‼️ My shoulders was just'ah shaking, I was laughing my azz off! Sorry

I feel like laughing is worst. Starting a problem (I’m assuming a fight) at a funeral could be explained better because emotions are running high.
Nervous laughter can be explained too.
Nah ion think so because you can more easily explain an outburst of laughter as being so emotional you can’t properly process then it being funny. Or nervous laughing as well.
I actually do this, I laugh to cope even at the wrong times and cry later.

When I was in Paris and kept accidentally speaking Spanish (what I studied in school) and then apologized in French and use my RUDIMENTARY French Parisians were SUPER NICE to me and my fellow classmates.
However, some of the parents that accompanied us, had an "America First" 😒 attitude, and expected everyone in France to switch to English for them did NOT have such a pleasant with SOME Parisians.
I think more times than not if we go into situations with a kind heart and a humble demeanor we will have much better outcome than stereotypically expected. 😊

Starting a problem feels worse cuz it’s adding negativity to an already somber situation whereas with laughing, it can heal the soul.

He capped off this medley with R Kelly's "I believe I can fly" and his personal hit "she's a bad mama jammma". He then hawked merch. No cap. Had us all laughing. We needed that because we buried our little cousin earlier that day.

Oh I got the winner. My brother showed up late to our dad's funeral while we were all waiting on him - found out when we got home after the service that he'd been robbing our parent's place for all the valuables and electronics while we were waiting at the funeral home.

@@TysheenOrane No. She was devastated and in a state of depression, I don't think she wanted to send one of her sons to jail right after burying her husband. We tried to let him take care of our dad's dog to hope that it would teach him some responsibility. He abused and starved it, I found him wandering outside my brother's house one day and took him home without ever speaking to my brother again. The dog was too sick to save by that point and my brother moved away shortly thereafter. He doesn't reach out to me or my sister anymore.

I don’t think they really get how understanding and speaking different languages is such a great advantage to have, especially when it comes to Chinese, Japanese, French and Spanish.
that's an idiotic mindset to have. You can get paid just for speaking another language in several cases.

I did learn a little Japanese in college from an international student from Japan, but since I'm not around them anymore I lost it lol. But they were big trippin on that one
@@VibinOnTheTube 100% lol, I can understand and speak a little bit in my native language(Yoruba) and i want to learn so many more languages in the future. Learning a language for me is a way to connecting to another culture and I know that people from other countries definitely appreciate it when you speak in their language and not just english.

I speak Spanish and French and guuuuurl it’s so refreshing bumping into people from around the world. Bumped into a couple from Paris @ a convention in Chicago. Had a full 30 minute conversation with Parisians!

I’ve seen both at a funeral. Starting a problem is worse. I’ve had to put my head down when people sing badly or get up to speak and spill too much tea. One man got up to sing acapella and forgot the words and went and grabbed his iPod and earphones and proceeded to sing the entire song, offkey, adlibs and all, along to the track that only he could hear! I was dead 💀
I've laughed twice at a funeral and played it off. One time the dead man's father and step-mother got up and slow danced in front of the son's casket. They were 👋🏻 and my mom hit me with "if you ever..." and we started laughing.
Starting stuff us way worse. At my (then fiance, now) husband's grandfather's funeral his "other kids" pulled out guns, because they wanted their mama recognized as his wife (she wasn't, my husband's grandmother, his actual wife was). My husband side of the family was way bigger and had more guns too. I didn't even leave with the same children I showed up with. So yeah, that was worse .

Something funny always happens at funerals. One time I got in the wrong processional and didn't realize it until we walked up to the plot and didn't recognize a single person. We laughed so hard, we were in tears and those kind strangers thought we were upset and comforted us😂. When we finally got to the right repast, everybody cheered and laughed at us.😂😂
