What wo wonderful actors! I am truly sorry that Blue Bloods is being cancelled! In this chaotic times, we really need these weekly 'family' stories that demonstrated values, conflicts, love, and how hard life can be, and the lessons to be learnt. Wonderful cast, writers, crew!! Millions will miss you all!👏💗

I have been such a fan of Tom Selleck from the time I first saw him in “Magnum.” I have seen all his movies , usually more than once. I hate they are cancelling Blue Bloods. I so hope we see him acting again!!!
Not really much else to do after 14 seasons. They've covered it all so kinda time leave the airwaves, after ten seasons shows kinda run outta ideas.
Well, these are difficult times for NYPD in the aftermath of DeBlasio and his 1 billion dollar "defunding". The morale of this legendary police force is very low right now. If Blue Bloods was to continue, it would be an insult to NYPD to not cover the present struggles they are experiencing from unfriendly Mayors. Maybe it is best to end the show now.
They really clicked as if they were real daughter and father! He spoke like a father with humour and humility. Bumps in the road of life included. Love this kind of interview😀
Tom Selleck's high level of integrity cannot be measured.

Considering it is still the 3rd highest rated show on CBS it makes little sense to cancel it. I think they are ditching anything with Cops and religion. My guess.

Watched Magnum when I was young, liked this character Tom Selleck played and I am watching BlueBloods, like this character of Frank Reagan too. And I really like the pretty, sweet Bridget Moynahan, who played the role of his daughter Erin. BlueBloods is my favroite show and I am sad, that CBS decided to cancel this crime series after such a long time. Well done Tom Selleck.

Tom Selleck is such an honorable man. He reminds me a lot of my own father, a career US Navy fighter pilot (27 years). Soft but tough, cerebral but funny, and representing his profession with grace and humbleness.
Love "Magnum". Still watch it on reruns and it's even more fun now as an adult than it was when I watched as a kid. Harrison was great as Indy, but I think Tom would have been awesome in the role too. Wish we could have seen that version. I've enjoyed Mr. Selleck in everything I've seen him in. Never a bad performance, and one of my favorites to this day.
First noticed him as Lance White on the Rockford Files and wasn't surprised to see him do so well on Magnum PI. My family has enjoyed his work for 4 decades and Quigley Down Under is also a favorite all time western.

Jesse Stone is my favorite character.
I will truly miss Blue Bloods! My dad and I started watching back in 2010 when the series first started. I lost my dad in2014. He would be amazed that I would watching for ten more years. Tom you have been a great actor! Being from Baltimore I can still remember when you took batting practice with the Orioles! God Bless you
Mr Selleck made some very good westerns which might be over looked. Also love his Jesse Stone series.
I appreciate these two talented actors who come from opposite political views demonstrating respect and class in their interaction. We need more of this sort of example in this crazy time.

I'm not surprised Tom Selleck has written his life story. He is 80 next year (hope he makes it. My dad, who was born the same year- 1945-didn't), so he probably thought he'd better write it down while he's still here.
My husband is 80 (02/08) and doing okay! I cannot see this man sitting down. I so hope he does not.

Selleck was always a humble, down to earth sort with a self-deprecating sense of humor, the opposite of many big stars.
Loved him in the movie In & Out. He's even better at comedy.
Great interview thought Bridget did the fantastic job and I really liked Tom's comments on all the questions. Just one nice moment when he mentioned Quigley Down Under I love the film.

My wife and I found Blue Bloods in the 10th season and fell in love. Tom and Bridget are great in it BUT, Donnie Wahlberg steals the show often. We now have all 13 seasons on DVD and rewatch them all the time. Great interview.

I and my friends met Tom at the Lanai Lookout on DiamondHead Road in the mid-80's during his filming break of 'Magnum PI'. We were there following the Transpac Sailing Race. He was very, very interested . Boy, does he look older now, and me, too. 😊

Blue Bloods is one of my all time top 5 shows.great great cast, great plots,and super outcomes! Put that together with a top 3 MOST photogenic actors in Hollywood history makes the show so so good! In my opinion Tom Selleck is right there with Cary Grant and Rock Hudson as top of the list! Sorry to see it go!

I know a person very well who was around Tom on Magnum PI. It wouldn’t expand the idea I want express represent by naming her, she said many times to me that Tom was an awesome man to work with. He was/is genuine. I was always happy to hear from her, whom I love as an awesome person, who were the people I loved as characters that were actually people of awesome character.
Equally, for me , was that she thought Sam Elliot was a fine man. I love it when characters are worthy of their actors.
My politics are with Tom but I like Sam so much that I don’t even think about politics when he is on film.

Oh my, ive always had a huge crush on Tom.. I almost met him. Apparently, Tom was sitting around Gails swimming pool. Gails daughter had become a play boy bunny and she met Tom through it all. I wanted to go to Gails. Unfortunately they all decided to go out for dinner. They wouldn't have gotten back to Gail"s until quite late..I love the series he's in now. (Oh my God, ive forgotten the name.) Whats it called people? Tom is the dad. Danny, Erin, and Jamie are the kids. His son Joe died. The grandfather, pops lives with Tom. There are 3 grandchildren. Young Tom Selleck would have been the ideal John Carter of Mars.
Tom mentioned he was with Frank Sinatra in a coat room & Frank made him smoke a cigarette with him & Tom said, I don’t smoke. I found that funny because I watched Tom in the movie, Ike, countdown to D-Day, where he played General Eisenhower, & he smoked in that movie. Almost every scene he was lighting up. I know he was just playing a character, but he was inhaling, blowing out & everything. I’m not dissing him, I just thought it was funny that Tom said he didn’t smoke & here he chained smoked during that whole movie.

He was honest and he chose to be in the reserves. Nothing wrong with the reserves at all. Many many Americans have not served in the military. Doesn’t make you a bad person. And once he was in the reserves he made the most of that choice.
