That is an original folk dance of Bunjevac ethnic group grouped mostly around town of Subotica, Serbia. I would not to discuss about their origine but I think everyone will agree with me that is very beautiful folk dance and unfortunately it will dissapear very soon.

Bunjevci are croatian people ,they was of Bunje river and to go to Slavonija after turks invatios

luis milicich yea right Imagine all the people just from 10 kilometers long river of Buna. That theory has rejected. Bunjevac people are from wide area of western Hercegovina, for example, mine ancestors are from town of Ljubusko.

mine ancestors are near Bunje river in Herzego vina,them they went to Hvar after Kosovo bitka 1389

We agree Turks have disturbed and coused moving the people on whole Balkan. Just saying, if my ancestors would have stayed in old country they would have become Croats but, they have gone to Hungarian country and stayed there isolated only to prevent to became Hungarians.
