This video helped me so much. But change the paper instructions it's says bar needs to be face downward when actually it needs to be faced upward

Your instructions say “make sure the curved bar is facing downward” but at the 1:00 mark in the video it obviously has to be facing upward so that it can be tucked in.

How do I fold the wheels in and get them to stay under the bassinet? When I press the button they fold in but they don’t stay there. They pop back to face the front?

hello, where can i find sheets for this specific bassinet? i've looked online and most of them seem to be smaller

I purchased mine from Amazon. The sheets or mattress protector don't have to match up to the dimensions 100% in order to work. The ones I got are the cradle sheets 2 pack from Ely's & Co.

Hi There, It is not necessary to disassembly the bassinet in order to put it in the carry bag, you can simply fold it to fit the carry bag.
