Even if something doesn't succeed or not do as well as we may have wanted we can still learn from it greatly by either seeing what to avoid or what fixes we may need to make in the venture to reach the goals we want. And the Tested series doesn't have to be done solo. For the more physical tasks like gig economy jobs, service-based business ideas, etc. you could have some of your followers do them and give you video testimonials with footage of their progress including the problems they ran into, lessons learned (how they fixed any issues or how you would suggest they fix them), whether they'd recommend the venture they're covering or not, etc. In other words, you don't have to do all of the Tested series yourself. For topics like the one in this video, I think you should do it yourself. But for the more physical tasks and even other online business ideas you cover, you can have your followers do them with videos of their and your feedback. The Tested series should be the norm on your channel (the large majority of your videos) from now on because it's so helpful and effective.

The only requirements of your field testers should be that they're complete newbies (e.g.- never worked in the businesses they're field testing, new to the gig work they're testing for you, or never had a YT channel before, etc.). And they should have no personal affiliation with you like friends or fam. This would let your testers to be as objective as possible about what they're testing. And maybe other obvious things for your testers too like honesty, not being wealthy already, being able to test the same venture for you for at least 3 months straight before giving their final assessment, committed to giving the venture their all, etc. Thanks again for all you do Josh! I’m currently at 206 subscribers so my goal is to get to 500 subscribers and then from there 1000 subscribers so I can finally get monetized before the end of the year.
I love to see comments like this. I am 100% rooting for you Minè. Just keep at it and find ways to improve every chance you get. Constantly improving and getting just a small percent better with each video is a big part of what I think helped me find success, in addition to staying consistent. So yes thankfully I've done well for myself over the past couple years with UA-cam but I've worked hard for many years to get this point. And I've only started "making bank" in the last 2 years. At this point yes, my family is obviously very comfortable because I have a successful youtube channel, but it has been a lot of work. I still work a lot, daily. Receiving that check is insanely awesome no matter where we are right now, and we don't take it for granted one bit. My wife and I have always dreamed of building a legacy of wealth and breaking cycles in our families. This will give us even more opportunity to realize our goals and to bless our extended family as well. We're grateful, and we were as shocked to receive that check as anyone could have been.
Or your just not putting in the work. I've done 3 or 4 of the things he's suggested and have been doing great. Literally started a channel using this method someone else suggested and already have 50k subscribers in the last 4 months. If you were working on it, you wouldn't have time to be complaining. 🤷🏽♀️
